This is disappointing. I don't often give terrible reviews. Thing is, this wasn't just a few quid, it was quite a bit.Opened the packet and one button dropped straight out of it. Tried to undo the second button and that dropped off. There are only two buttons on the outer coat. ...not the end of the world you say, leave it open...but the waist-coat is not for adults. I'm slim and 6' - fairly average I guess. The waistcoat was so tight it was almost impossible to fasten. Even worse, it didn't reach the trousers. It looked like I was wearing a boob tube! I'm a teacher wanting to wear it for Roald Dahl day!! I can't go into school in a Boob tube!! So the outer-coat was essential...but broken.Hat was nice. No wig with it. No cane.Big disappointment. I went for a more expensive one as I thought it would be better quality. I was wrong.

Don't understand the negative reviews for this product, it's a fancy dress costume not proper attire! The jacket, top, and hat were perfect for the classic Willy Wonka look. I did buy my own trousers as the ones supplied are elasticated waist and not the warmest to wear on an October night. Definitely worth the money excellent costume.

My sons a large and bought biggest one and didn’t fit

What a poor product, much smaller than suggested, probably child size rather than adult. Within 10 mins of wearing it 2 buttons have fallen off, within an hour it's a £35 cleaning cloth. My advice, save your money and look elsewhere for your needs.

Very good quality.

The overall look was good but button on waist coat feel off as soon as i put it on.Also the sizes between trousers, waistcoat and jacket were all a mis-match. I am a 17.5 inch collar and so that fitted perfectly, but i just about fitted the rest of the waistcoat on. This compared with the trousers and jacket being very large. If I had had time i would have returned the product.

Not really an adult-sized product. After reading the reviews I decided to risk it and will concur with those that said its all too small. The jacket just about fits, but is short in the sleeves by about 2" (I am a 40" chest with 33" sleeves). The separate 'insert' collar of shirt attached to the waistcoat is too small and does not fit. The Hat also arrived squashed, but did push out. In summary, if you are about 5'7" tall, have a sleeve length of about 30" and a chest size of about 36", you should be ok...otherwise you will need to look elsewhere.

So disappointed with this costume. Was going to wear it for world book day but it's certainly not made for an adult. The waistcoat is child sized and the although the coat is the right length, the sleeves ended half way up my arm.

This company should be fined for price gouging, this is a dollar tree quality costume with a apple bucket for a hat and a sad excuse for a Halloween costume, DO NOT BUY, NOT WORTH 89 dollars, it should be false advertising with how horrid of a quality this product is.

la calidad del producto es mala. Muy costoso para lo que es. he tenido que hacer varios rreglos para que solucionar la confeccion.

Il vestito comprende una giacca di finto e leggerissimo vellutino viola (proprio viola, non come sembra in foto quasi Bordeaux), un gilet leggerissimo con dei fiorellini rosa al quale è cucito il collo della camicia (solo il collo col fiocco, la camicia non esiste), i bottoni sono finti, per chiudersi ha lo strappo; un pantalone beige di finto cotone enorme e un cappello di cartone gigante, non so chi possa avere una testa così grande. Per carnevale può andare, a noi serviva per uno spettacolo teatrale e lo abbiamo sistemato al meglio. 3 stelle perché non è per niente taglia unica, ma taglia assurda visto che pantaloni e cappello sono enormi mentre il gilet ad un uomo XL non si manterrebbe mai chiuso.

This item is way overpriced for the quality. I was extremely disappointed in the quality. It just isn't made well and seems very cheap. It looked like someone had it before us and returned it as well. Thankfully Amazon has a wonderful and very easy return policy.
