Excellent value. Does the job
Good protection for expensive camera lens at a modest price. Would have given it five stars but as new durability still to be tested.

Seems to what it says on the tin.
As this is my first foray into the world of SLR cameras, I was slightly apprehensive about purchasing an item, which some say is not worth purchasing. On the subject of build quality, I can say that the unit I received does not seem to have a lense that rattles in the mount, and it screws tightly enough into my 18-105 Nikon lense.I have taken about 1200 frames with this filter on, in varying conditions, and have not noticed any reflections in the images. In order to get a comparison, I did take two photos, one with the filter, and one without. When I put the two test frames side by side, I was not able to detect any difference between the two.Should this filter get damaged, or when I purchase another lense, I might just buy a different, more expensive filter, to see whether I have been missing out.

Tiffen Filters are always Great!
I always get Tiffen Filters for UV filters as I find those are the only kinds that Tiffen prices reasonable whereas for other kinds I think they're prices are too expensive. Quality like always is great & to me the picture quality isn't affected.

Great UV filter
Does a great job protecting the lens -- it's a UV filter, no need to break the bank and you won't be able to tell the difference between one filter and another.

Tiffen 67UVP 67mm UV Protection Filter: A Great Choice for Lens Protection
I've been using the Tiffen 67UVP 67mm UV Protection Filter for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with it. Here's why I think it's a great choice for anyone looking for a lens protector:Protection First and ForemostThe primary function of a UV filter is to shield your valuable camera lens from scratches, dust, and fingerprints. The Tiffen 67UVP does this admirably. It's well-built with a scratch-resistant surface and a tight-fitting metal ring that minimizes the chance of the filter falling off accidentally.Double Duty: UV Protection and Clear ImagesWhile the UV protection is a bonus, the filter doesn't affect the image quality in any noticeable way. There's no color cast or softening, and it doesn't introduce any vignetting (dark corners) even on wide-angle lenses. This makes it a great option for keeping on your lens at all times for peace of mind.Affordable ProtectionTiffen UV filters are known for being well-priced, and the 67UVP is no exception. For around $10 to $20, you're getting a high-quality filter from a reputable brand that will last for years.Overall, I highly recommend the Tiffen 67UVP 67mm UV Protection Filter. It's an affordable way to safeguard your investment and keep your lens looking its best. Here are some additional points to consider:Some photographers argue that UV filters can very slightly reduce image quality. In my experience, this is negligible and far outweighed by the protection benefits. If you're mostly shooting indoors or in good lighting conditions, a UV filter may not be necessary. However, it's still a good idea to have one on hand for situations where dust or scratches are a concern.

Good glass. Good protection, good value.
I bought this basically to protect the lens that I purchased and it seems to work perfectly well it has a nice clear glass and is not affect the image quality from the lens. It is reasonably priced and fits perfectly so I have no complaints overall it seems to be a very nice filter for the price.
