I did not feel any different after four bottles of these pills.

The media could not be loaded.  It has Zinc in it, but no magnesium. When there is too much Zinc in the body the body depletes the magnesium, and when there is too much Magnesium you lose Zinc. You need a balance of both when taking supplements and this doesn't seem to have magnesium in it. That is a huge flaw for me.However the good thing is all the ingredients work together for a healthy prostate, and capsules are normal size and easy to swallow, but a bit pricey nearly 30 quid I have to say though It is better than the ones that contain Magnesium stearate though as a filler agent, got to stay away from those ones, and this is free from the looks of it has no magnesium stearate in it.Good:-No Magnesium stearate.-All ingredients work together for a healthy prostate.-The bottle is made out of glass.-VeganBad:-Contains Zinc without magnesium.-Has synthetic ingredient in it but very little.-Expensive-Could take 6-12 months to see difference and not enough quantity to see that difference. Should this change I will update my review.I would say overall its a good product, but lacks scientific data behind it, if it did have, the zinc would have been complimented with equal amounts of magnesium (Not the stearate version). Although I let it off my review because Zinc in this product, is in small doses and should be fine as long as you don't take too much zinc from other sources.

It's important to note that supplements like saw palmetto and stinging nettle aren't scientifically proven to work for prostate issues. Having said that, some people feel that saw palmetto makes a big difference to them and so religiously take it. So how come there's not much evidence to prove that they work?The simple answer is funding. If a pharma company creates a drug, they'll pour loads of money into testing to prove that it will work. Saw Palmetto is an organic product which a pharma company cannot patent, and thus there's no money to be made for them! Therefore, they won't bother pouring money into scientifically proving that it works.With that in mind, if you have prostate issues, definitely do give these natural rememedies a try without just immediately dismissing them!The go-to supplement for prostate issues is saw palmetto, and the other things in this product also play a part in helping. However, the dose of saw palmetto in this is actually very low compared to standalone saw palmetto supplements, therefore it might not have an effect on you! This might be made up for by the other supplements, so honestly you really just need to try the pills to see if they work for you.If you're looking for purely saw palmetto, then look elsewhere as this is very expensive for just saw palmetto. If you're wanting to try a medly of natural supplements, then this is a pretty product to try! Would recommend if you're wanting to explore and try new supplements for your prostate issues.

Sealed bottle, easy size to swallow, no after taste, and after taking for a month I think it actually helps a little with prostate issues.

Having now tried this product for 90 days I have found no benefits whatsoever to me!

Although I am a relatively elderly gentleman, I'm pleaded to say that I've never had any prostate issues. My primary piece of advice is to be sure to perform an act of gentleman's relaxation at least once per day. Tantric ideas are all very well, but the last thing you want is to have a lack of regular turnover in your tubes . They always say that you should only drink Guinness in pubs that sell it in large volumes, so it's never left stagnant within the pipes. Anyway, if I drink a few pints then it flows out of me with no problems at all. The other night when I came back from the pub, I literally awoke everyone in the house with the sheer strength of my jet of urine. Even the neighbours ended up banging on the wall and asking me to keep the noise down. Had I been a council worker hired to remove graffiti from a war memorial using a pressure washer, I could likely have saved myself the bother of bringing any official equipment. For that reason, I suppose I'm not necessarily the best person to judge the efficacy of this particular product, although it seems to have a good range of ingredients. If you're already perusing an issue of Razzle on a daily basis, then it couldn't really do any harm to additionally try this supplement.

My partner has been taking prostate complexes like this one for a couple of years now for its many benefits so he needed no convincing on that front - just be sure you've done your research and you know you need to take these and what the right amount is for you before starting with them.These are a very good strength and for two months worth they are also pretty good value and better than his regular ones so will happily switch once they've run out as no issues with them having taken them for a while now so happy to recommend fully.

This product has a lot of promising ingredients for prostrate health although its too soon to say of they work.

I ordered these for my partner, trying to keep him around as long as possible. The ingredients are all natural, and support prostate health which makes me happy. He takes them in the morning with his coffee and daily vitamin, and said they are easy to swallow, and don't have an off-putting taste or smell.Don't know if they live up to their promise, only time will tell. But with all natural ingredients like this, I am happy he is taking them.

Leaving you with a 2-month supply.It has some good herbs that are said to aid some prostate issues. I'm in the age group now where I need to maintain a healthy prostate and supplements like this can be useful.I found the capsules medium in size and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I like that I can recycle the brown bottle and that this supplement is vegan. Overall, a useful supplement.

I'm getting to an age where night time toilet visits are normal .After taking up the offer of these capsules have started taking one per day .I'm not very good taking large tablets but find these capsules, though not small , easy to swallow with water.Early days yet and though its impossible to say how I would have been without taking them , I do seem to be down to just one loo visit per evening .
