5 x RED LUDWIGIA Live tropical aquarium plant pink fern for fish tank repens glandulosa

Plant arrived barley alive, Brown in colour. Leafs falling off, and the stems could barley keep themselves up. I washed the plant as I do with all plants before adding to my tank and a large portion of the plants melted off into my drain. I took whatever was left and added it to my tank. So far, after about a week. I've seen no improvement. The plant is sat where I left it, behind my rainbow sharks cave. Looking sad and unhealthy. Not an inch of red on the entire thing, just green and dead brown parts.

Thank you for the plants today.. I ordered as an experiment to see what they would be like. Very well matured plant thats been kept in good growing condition. There is a polite note explaining not to put in a tank without washing and cleaning as they are dosed in insecticide.. Luckily I have a quarantine tank which everything goes through. Nice packaging. Moderately dry in my opinion but I assume that if they are more moist then people would complain that they started to look rotted because that would happen if they take more time to deliver. Arrived in 3 days by Royal Mail. The plant is well looked after, Im guessing at high light condition. No problems and will see if I can grow roots and produce more stems.

Takes a lot longer than a a few days to root, would be better if 2 ceramic holders are given as for me need to be in there for 2 weeks to properly begin rooting or then plant alone otherwise block light out from each other.

Absolute amazed I order and pay for these plants but got sent a bag of black mush the plants were all dead and covered in a black substance that looks like they’ve been dead awhile and already decomposing in the bag absolute joke

I got healthy stems. They are a lovely colour and healthy. The roots started growing very quickly. Only 4 stars as the leaves came off the stems quite easily, but the new growth is very good so not too big of an issue. Overall a very good purchase. Thank you!

The plant completely fell apart despite being planted in two inches of substrate.As you can see it is floating around and blocking the internal filter. I am not a beginner tank keeper.
