My office was nice and gave me a Plantronics Savi 740 for conference calls. The headband pinched my head and made my hair look strange at the end of the day. Worse, the headband slipped if I bent over or moved abruptly. The AvimaBasics CS540 Ear Tips solved this for me. One loop to go around my ear and three different size earbuds for sitting over my ear canal. Unlike music buds, a good seal is unnecessary. The Savi 740 is tuned to work if the earbud is sitting on the ear and does not need to be in the ear. This ensures that my ear canal is not sore after a long session on the phone. This was a great purchase for me. And it was cheap enough that I didn't need to write a requisition or ask for a reimbursement from my employer.

This saved me! Instead of ordering a whole new ear set for work I saved my boss $200 and was able to find the necessary pieces of this. Easy to stick back on and was able to give my coworker the other one. I have an extra handy

I lost my little rubber piece at work and we didn't have any more, so I ordered these and they are what I ad before. Fits on my platronics headset and works just fine. Came quicker than expected, as well, which was nice.

I like this product and it does what it's supposed to do, i just wish that you could buy just one size that you need in a 3 or 4 pack.

Use everyday at work as I work for medical office. Replaced a headset that went over the head like headband. This fits around ear. Only complaint isn’t bout the product it’s coworkers not knowing I have it on and on with a patient.

Fits pretty well. A little loose perhaps, but it has yet to fall out when leaning over to pick something up or quickly twisting head around. Comfortable with the little cushion sleeve.
