Absolutely BEAUTIFUL in real life!!The pictures on here don't do this bracelet any justice whatsoever.I cannot comment on how well it will work for my pain relief over time, as I have only had it for 3 days and I am not in the habit of being dishonest. I am on my cycle and I'm also going through the perimenopause, and this would normally have me in HUGE amounts of pain, but other than some really annoying discomfort, I'm doing well and I'm mobile which isn't something that normally happens on the 2nd day of my cycle!I also suffer with psoriatic arthritis, but my usual pain spots aren't hurting as much as they would normally do either, so I'm guessing that's a a good sign?!Purely based on aesthetic appeal, this bracelet is just so gorgeous and I love how it looks on my wrist and against my skin tone.Because of how pretty it is, I have fallen asleep wearing it, which isn't something that I like to do with jewellery, but I just can't seem to take it off, lol, but once I'm aware of the fact that I have been sleeping whilst wearing it, I take it off right away.The bracelet can expand quite wide and can equally be constricted to a small opening too. My wrists are about 6" in circumference, and even with it being as tight as it can be, I still have just over half an inch of room for the bracelet to 'dangle' if you will.For something that is so inexpensive, this item has all ready added a great deal of value to my daily life, as a person who has varying degrees of pain to deal with. I bought this to see if reduces discomfort from arthritis. Too soon after a few days wear to see if copper and magnets are helping or if it’s the dry weather but joints are less stiff and painful

I like the fact that it’s adjustable to fit and is easily removed. It looks nice to wear and good quality. I’ve just started using it for a week now so can’t say how it helps my health but hopefully it will help ease my arthritis. It is also not very expensive, good value.

Was very sceptical when buying this but turned out to be very good has reduced the arthritis pain in my shoulder wear it all the time never take it of even shower with it on hasn't discoloured at all and hasn't turned my skin green,pain hasn't completely gone but has reduced greatly would recommend.
