Beautiful for Christmas dinner. These look great at my table setting. They have a classic, elegant look. They are crystal clear. Perfect for a glass of wine in the evening or for water and other beverages. They are a great size, easy to hold. They set steadily, no spills

These look just like the listing. And the price, for a brand like Spode, they are really reasonable. I bought them because the family really enjoys eggnog at the holidays!Hubby likes it with ice, I like it with a lot of 'nog" and son likes it as is, lol. I thought these would be a fun item to use to create a new family tradition. And I was right. The bowls are generous, the rims are lined with gold, and I feel very much like Mother Christmas when I toast the holidays with these beauties.However, the decorations are some sort of applique or sticker. Which means that the note to handwash only must be obeyed or the decoration will eventually wear off. Not a deal-breaker for me though, and I am pleased to have them. I will raise a glass this holiday to everyone who reads this!

These glasses are very pretty. They are a good size and heavy enough to be stable. They're definitely a hand wash only item, but do worry the effort. I'm going to be ordering a couple more sets so I have enough for the whole family.

I adore a pretty table, and really the only time I try to create one is during major holidays. Even if your meal is mediocre (and I really do ok with all that), having pretty plates, serving pieces, and glasses can go a long, long way. I have all the former stuff, but I didn't have any of the latter. Now I do.These glasses are very generously sized, and feel sturdy while not feeling too heavy. The tree design on the front is so, so pretty. It has that old-timey Christmas vibe to it, and the details are really wonderful. You can make out what each individual ornament is supposed to be. What I didn't realize when I ordered them is that there are smaller decorations around the glass - holly and some mistletoe. That was a nice surprise.Yes, you do have to hand wash these. However, since you're only going to be using them a small number of times each year, how hard is that, really? Especially to preserve such pretty glasses!

I’ve always wanted Spode and this is my first collection. It’s so beautiful. The picture is so sweet and reminds me of vintage Christmas. They make a perfect starter pieces if you like Spode
