I ordered these crystals to use in my sinus rinses. Having had two previous FESS surgeries I understand the importance of ensuring that regular rinsing, if you feel the build up of mucous, or other signs, is important.To that end I ordered these and have been most pleased with their effect.Firstly they are extremely potent when used in either a facial steamer or added to a sinus rinse. I have included a photo so that you can see a sample of the shards of crystal and beneath that small sample is a tiny fragment, it measures about 4mm or so. That is absolutely as much as you would need within a sinus rinse.The good thing about menthol is that is seems to open up my airways and also reduces the thickness of the mucous whilst I am going through this period of sinus issues.With the bag containing 100g, very well sealed, I imagined that they would soon run out. Well the opposite seems to apply, they will last me a very long time.They do dissolve well in warm water, what I have done is to use a mortar and pestle to powder so much at a time, as that makes it easier for it to dissolve.I'm very happy with the quality, size and packaging of these crystals. I looked everywhere for these Mint Crystals even in boots yet could not find them until I decided to try my Amazon and read up on some reviews. My advice is to use these crystals carefully as I have Constructive sleep Apnoea and a machine that helps me to keep breathing but have found it difficult due to my nose being blocked. That is why I got these Menthol Crystals and first time nearly blow the head of myself putting in to many crystals as my wife was in stitches with laughter. You only need to use two crystals no more if you have a machine like mines as it helps me to have a deep sleep at the same time keeping my nose clear so I can breath. It was the first decent sleep I have had in many years as now I just use the crystals to put into the water and which heats gently and keeps my mouth moist. I will be buying this again without any issues as it helps and now my sister is using the menthol crystals along with her kids as it is safe but be aware it is strong. Thank you Seller and Thank you Amazon you always have what I need at a short notice thank you again would recommend these crystal and it is cheap at the price.

Wow, these crystals are amazing. A few crystals in hot water already helping to enhance the smell of the house. Also great help with my cold. However, please note that these are super-strong (much stronger than the usual Olbas oil). This is a compliment, as you only need a tiny bit dissolved in water. For the very first time I must have put a lot into the hot water, as all family members started to notice a fresher air and watery eyes :-))But once you master the right amount to dilute, it is a good and natural product. I now dilute it with half mug of water and can top it up the next morning with boiling hot water, and still strong.Yes, a bit fiddly in its presentation and packaging, hence the 4 stars, but the quality itself is 5 star. Maybe sold in a recycled paper-tub with a wooden measuring spoon would be perfect.

I bought these as I was advised by my doctor to give menthol crystals a try to help with an ongoing sinus issue. I’ve tried things like olbas oil and vic in hot water for steam inhalation before which are great for temporary relief. These crystals certainly do the trick for temporary relief from sinus congestion, but they are very very strong so be careful when using them. The first time I tried them I put about 6 little crystals into the bowl with hot water and it almost took my face off! I actually couldn’t go near the bowl. One decent sized crystal is more than enough for steam inhalation. A good product and going by the strength I won’t need to buy any again for quite a long time!

Don’t use more than 1-3 crystals per onceDon’t keep it in your hand or close to your face in sauna. Once it’s melting very difficult to wash the skin etc

Yes this delivers a massive menthol hit with just small amount. Add a small amount to hot water and I have it in the room to help ease congestion headaches. Value for money
