absolute crap (Revised)
I contacted cystomer service. They exceeded all expectations. After a couple quick messages back and forth, they sent me a new one which works great. I must have just got a bad one initially. It haappens. But because of the awesome customer service, i will be a repeat customer. Got my eye on the air pump.DISREGARD MY EARLIER REVIEW BELOW, VENDOR HAS MORE THAN CORRECTED THE ISSUE.THANK YOU CLAIRE.I should have known. took a chance. These things are junk. The variable speed basically has a mind of its own. You can pull the trigger and sometimes it doesnt work at all. You keep trying and then it will finally start, but similar to an old car with a bad starter. When it does finally go, the speed changes in the middle of your project of its own free will.DO NOT BUy THIS PRODUCT.

The battery 'exploded'!
On charging, the battery exploded and that was the end of the product

Lightweight and durable
Love how lightweight it is. And it stays charged longer then my old one. I use it if not everyday or other day no problems can't complain

XLNT cordless drill/driver
First, I am a retired Red Seal Carpenter (Top of the Line in Canada) My 35 or so year old Craftsman Drill was finally wearing down, so I thought I'd try this one because I have a couple other Litheli tools and they've been ok. Today was the first real test of this. Around 40 1/4 inch holes to drill through 3/16 aluminum flat stock and as many 1 1/2 x 10 screws to set. No problems at all and after doing this the battery still shows all four bars. I was impressed.. Not only that, this drill is almost 2 pounds lighter and way smaller than the old Craftsman. AA+ Oh, and Lithelli batteries are interchangeable between tools and I have a total of 6 so never need to worry about a dead battery in the middle of a job....
