Soft but very sturdy when placed under sheets.Great for keeping the little one in bed as she moved from cot to bed.Didn't have any 'roll outs' when these were in place

So my review is only based on initial impressions, my child is nearly 3 and is an active sleeper, I did have a bed rail on but have always felt uneasy about them. I looked into various options and the foam bumpers seemed perfect. Searched through reviews and found these had the best overall reviews so went ahead and purchased.They come wrapped in a small package but expand in the blink of an eye, they look superb quality and are the perfect firmness. I’ve put them on the bed (small double) and whilst they do take up a lot of space there is still ample space for my little person. I can’t comment on stopping falls as it’s the first night but I did lay in bed and my back was against it and it didn’t move and felt really sturdy so think it would stop me rolling out!

Hear me out here... I bought this not for a child but for our bed to stop my partner trying to sleep on MY side in his sleep. I'd wake up with literally no room and him on my pillow. Spent a sleepless night wondering how I could separate a double bed, then came across this.Popped it under the fitted sheet, it didn't budge all night and he stayed in his side! Brilliant.Box is really small but it gets to size quickly. Nice comfortable but firm memory foam. Cover has little grippy dots to keep it from sliding about.Would be perfect as a bed bumper for children, but honestly, game changer for grown ups.

Purchased for my son who is an active sleeper but was ready to move to a bed. This bumper is the full length of his toddler bed which gives him a sense of security and gives me peace of mind. It will also work perfectly well for a single bed when that time comes. It's quite firm but not uncomfortable to lie against.Yes it definitely needs a deeper fitted sheet, which posed a problem for us as that doesn't seem to exist for a toddler bed. Thankfully a local business was able to make one for me to match his bedding BUT the bumper still moves around quite a bit, which I was disappointed by considering it claims to have a non-slip base. Hopefully this won't cause us any issues but time will tell.

I didn't want a huge bed gaurd for my son as he would often run and launch onto his bed so didn't want big chunks of metal and plastic for him to hurt himself on. I bought this and it's amazing! Comfortable enough for me to lay on when settling him and it goes right back up when I stand up. It's not huge and imposing but there's no way he'd roll over it without noticing. It does occasionally slip off when he's having a restless night or if the mattress protector slips but that's not the products fault, it has grips on the bottom which help but not much can win against a 4 year old in this house! Also ideal for if we go away, much nicer to travel with.

This is perfect and seems great quality. Our toddler has just moved into her own room after co-sleeping so we needed something to keep her safe but didn’t like the solid bed guard options. I would say definitely size up on bedding. I got single size bed sheets and bought some like brace clips to keep it tight on and it looks great. It is longer than I expected, as fits really nicely along the full length of her cot bed, it is quite wide, but still leaves just enough room for me to climb in with her. It came packed super compact. Definitely recommend.

My little boy was falling out of bed and we didn't like the normal bed guards as he could just climb over.... some how whilst he can climb over this he chooses not too (nothing to entice the climbing maybe) and it stops him rolling out of bed. Great value, well built, washable cover and we even took it on holiday 👍🏻
