When I first saw these I thought they were expensive but would give them a try - I am so glad that I did, it is more than worth it, and because of the size of the bottles doesn't work out that expensive at all. At first I bought the shampoo and it worked really well but my hair was quite tangled afterwards (definitely will buy again), so I bought the conditioner for thinning coloured hair and using it after the shampoo gave great results.In lockdown most of the colour in my hair has come out so this time I bought this conditioner instead - Wow the result of using the shampoo for thinning hair and this conditioner is absolutely amazing. As I lose more hair than is normal when I wash it, I was washing it only every couple of days and was losing a palm full of hair every time. After using this conditioner for a couple of weeks I am only losing a few strands - I didn't think it was possible. I cannot say enough good things about using the combination of the thinning shampoo and thinning conditioner - I will never use anything else again. My hair looks better now than it has done for years. I highly recommend using this. You will see that I don't leave many reviews and certainly not long ones but I am so impressed by the shampoo and conditioner that I felt the need to share the good news.

My wife says “it washes her hair okay, but leaves it a bit tangled”. Unfortunately I order the normal shampoo, but my wife wanted the one for coloured-hair, which she said is better suited to her hair type.

It is easy to use. I started using the serum as suggested and now I use it once a week to keep it going.

Good value and quick delivery

The worst conditioner I have ever used. The consistency was slimey and sticky. Once washed, hair was flat and lifeless. Complete waste of money.

Love this shampoo. It really conditions your hair. It's early days so I haven't noticed my hair getting thicker. But it tames my out of condition frizz.

Ich bin zufriedene Nutzerin der Serioxyl Pflegeserie von L'Oréal, da ich vom Ergebnis begeistert bin. Bisher habe ich immer die kleinen Tuben mit dem Conditioner verwendet, und meine Haare waren leicht kämmbar, glänzend, voluminös. Nachdem diese aber relativ teuer sind, dachte ich mir, ich versuche es mit dieser Großpackung. Es ist ein komplett anderes Produkt! Es ist gelartig, riecht herb, und das Wichtigste: es muss anders verwendet werden, sonst sieht man unmöglich aus. Während der Conditioner in der Tube auch durchaus täglich verwendet werden kann (als Sportlerin wasche ich täglich), ist das hier nicht so. Verwendet man diesen Conditioner 1 bis max 2x in der Woche, ist das Ergebnis durchaus annehmbar, die Haare glänzend und leicht kämmbar. Das hätte man nur mitteilen müssen, um negative Kritik zu vermeiden. Daher gibt es auch nur 3 Sterne. Der Fairness halber habe ich meine negative erste Kritik nochmal revidiert. Ich hoffe, es hilft. Der Conditioner ist, anders als bei früheren Bestellungen, klar und schäumt beim Auftragen. Das Ergebnis ist nicht zufriedenstellend! Schade!
