Found by accident, but its helping my husband to regain a little energy and feel good factor during his illness. I used the powder in smoothies (kale disguises its taste) at first, but these capsules allow me to take a proper dose regularly that the loose powder does not.

Great organic spirulina. I take 4 capsules a day for detoxing heavy metals from my body. Spirulina is brilliant for catching these heavy metals and safely remove them from the body, not like chlorella which tends to pick up heavy metals but then drops it off elsewhere in the body which just transfers them all over the body. I avoid any chlorella but love spirulina. I also put it into my smoothies. Love it and good value.

Good quality spirulina capsules, easy to swallow.

First off, I can't understand the review saying these taste disgusting. They're in a gel capsule so when taken with water, you don't 'taste' the product. It also doesn't repeat on you either. They're a good tablet and as far as I can tell are pretty safe with no lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic traces which are mostly found to adulterate in Spirulina products, as this spirulina is sourced from organic, contaminant free cultivation ponds at the Mongolian plateau. So apart from having it tested myself, this claim seems to be better than a lot of spirulina products out there. I'm taking them for their general health benefits and for hair and nail strength/growth. While it's too early to tell if they're making a difference, they aren't causing any digestion issues. So all in all, quite happy with this spirulina from this brand
