The product was as I had expected. It was the correct depth however it is about half the size of what I had expected. It will do the job but I would have appreciated knowing exactly what I was ordering.

Firm, light and strong
Firm foam bricks that give the right support for intense postures like Setubandasarvangasana with the sacrum supported. It’s essential to have a firm brick for this so the sacrum doesn’t get displaced. Lighter than cork or wooden bricks so good for travelling or taking to class.

Li ho comprati pensando mi arrivasse il classico blocco di plastica/polistirolo e invece è arrivato un prodotto meraviglioso fato di un materiale setoso e con un grip favoloso.Mi sono talmente piaciuti che ho regalato quelli che avevo già per comprare altre misure di questo stesso marchio per poterli avere con le stesse caratteristiche ma diverse misure.Sono iper soddisfatta! Li consiglio vivamente!
