Beautiful journal!
It is one of the most beautiful journal I've come across. With vibrant colors on cover and catchy illustration, the journal is far different from all the boring journals. Journaling is the best way to know your emotions, process your feelings and reflect your ideas. Every page of this journal is divided into parts. It begins with a powerful quote, then a gratitude check box, daily affirmations, your top 3 goals and self care check with mental health check. In between every two page, there is a quick question or fun filled activity. I enjoyed a lot while journaling. The journal also has starring few guides on ways to write daily affirmations, what actually is negativity and how positivity should be used to control it. It also describes what positivity is not and this is the most important aspect which I liked the most about this book.

An Important Read
I read and religiously used The 3 minute Positivity Journal. Positivity. Happiness. Joyfulness. Deciding to wake up joyful...that's a choice I have made from reading the journals. Reading those journals, along with other books...have really helped me through a difficult time. And I love the Instagram posts.

Love yourself from the inside out
I have so many things underlined, highlighted and dog eared in this book!!! Everything is written so simply that I've had countless light bulb or ah ha moments. This book has helped me to find something positve in everyday, something to to be grateful for everyday and it has helped me chase things I've been working towards for a long time by turning them into affirmations that are meaningful and attainable by ME. I was in a dark place and this has helped me re- light my flame and believe in the goodness within myself again. I'm making time for me everyday and reflecting on what I want, what makes me happy and where I want to be. Absolutely life changing!!!
