I purchased this item based on the advertising on Amazon including positive product reviews, and intended to use it as a complement to my Ledger Nano X. I particularly liked the trustless inheritance and carbon key security system which I felt would make storing and passing on my crypto portfolio safer and simpler. However, having now transferred a couple of small transactions as a test, I am disillusioned by the slowness of transfer and the fact that not many of my tokens are supported. Additionally, I am further disillusioned to find that ongoing warranty (>90 days) and safe storage requires ongoing payments (USD119/yr), which as I'm in Australia also required an international registration of USD75 (for what I'm not sure). I began to go down the path of nominating a beneficiary only to find that process also incurred an additional cost, only this time in ETH. As I am disillusioned with the functionality of this product, including the finger-print setup process, and the ongoing costs which are not advertised on Amazon, I cannot have confidence in the Iron Mountain safe storage process, nor in the trustless inheritance system. I would also caution potential buyers to check the returns process which only allows returns within a limited time if the package has been unopened ie untested. Therefore, I am taking this as another lesson in my crypto journey and will store this product as a piece of memorabilia to be passed on as a warning to my beneficiaries of things to avoid as the crypto world expands.

CAUTION! THIS IS A SCAM! Transfered about $250 worth of crypto and had continuous issues with the website. Was in email correspondence with someone named "Jean" about the issues. Tried to send my crypto back to my original wallet and was met with nothing but road blocks. Emailed "Jean" expressing my discomfort and just wanted to get my crypto back and a refund for the wallet. That's when they stopped responding and my crypto is still trapped. Please be careful. Best of luck to everyone in crypto and let my loss be the only loss. Update: After alot of hassle, and a lot of gas fees, I was finally able to get my Bitcoin back. BUT, they still have all of my Dogecoin. When I first transferred it, it showed up in the "recent transaction" tab, but not in my portfolio. There has been alot of email back and forth and they said that there is a problem with their website and they are trying to fix it. The last I heard anything was last week, and all was said was "we'll be in touch". I don't understand how this is supposed to be a premium product.

I love every aspect of what this wallet has to offer. If you’re like me the cost of this wallet makes you think a minute and reevaluate your wallet options. I chose this one for security and legacy reasons. Wich is why I was so pissed when it didn’t work. the reason i have changed it to positive is that this company has gone above and beyond. We discussed the actions I took trying to resolve the matter, found where the problem came from and they have fixed it.Point being when you do buy this wallet you will also have the technical support of an American company. Professional, trustworthy and friendly.
