I Maybe ate 5 or 6 of these and had the most awful wind. As i had changed my diet considerably I didn't automatically link the two. But by god i would have been the star of the wind section in the orchestra. Naively continuing with my 5 or 6 little sweets a day my tuneful renditions continued. On the weekend i was bored, covid lockdown has a lot to answer for, and i popped more than my 5 or 6. Possibly around 15. A few hours later the orchestra starts and then my best friend became my toilet. Well i was on a diet so a free cleanse it seems i was getting. My stomach was gurgling so loadly as it refilled with air. I was afraid to be in the orcestra away from the toilet, just in case.These sweets aren't big. So for 5/6 to produce that much wind is pretty bad. Even 15 wasn't a huge amount. However, if you can just eat 1 or 2 I'm guessing you would be safe. But if you have the will power to just eat one or 2 then stick to the sugar sweets.
