I love this product it dries fast and has a nice look to it.

As a mama who paints her nails at home.. I never have time for a professional mani/pedi- yet, I wear polish no matter what- and never go without. Nail painting is a chore I dread until finding this metallic nail polish.. and boom, ITS A TOTAL GAME CHANGER!! Not kidding when I tell you- be sure to pull all brush strokes even and quick. bc, this dries in under a minute.. and not longer!!!If you’re like me and can paint a well executed mani.. only to be cursed in the end from “bumping” the paint.. here in lies your salvation! This will dry so quick- your new trick is to get polish applied smooth and flawless before it dries. *putting polish on from the start like its a final layer- will truly let it dry just that way and look absolutely professionally perfect! You will be so impressed with results.. you want every color. Downside is- there are only five total!!Metallic is unique. Not juvenile or tacky with glitter looking- it’s more of a chrome vibe. TBH, I only apply x1 coat bc results are the same- an extra coat won’t extend length the polish will last. So, I do x1 coat and if any oops.. i’ll double up to fix and if not, I’m done!! Double layers doesn’t make big difference in color- as this is pretty dense from the first coat. Total paint and dry time to complete is less than x10 min..!!Chrome has a matted finish- or one can choose a finish clear quick dry and turn it glossy. I’ve done both.. neither affect dry time or length of days. Usually I get 5-7 days before needing to touch up.. and surprisingly, this can be done without starting from scratch. I’m telling you this stuff is like witchcraft!! Ps. It also comes off simple- just wipe excess that can stain hands.. but, that will lift simply as well!My worry is how long this will be available.. I do note that a bottle doesn’t last near as long as regular polish.. prob. go thru it 1/2 as fast! Sally Hansen please take note- WE WANT MORE METALLIC PAINT JUST LIKE THIS TO BE A STAPLE IN EVERY COLOR WE CAN GET!!! Whew, sorry, so long winded I had to share the magic.. stay safe, everyone!

This nail polish covers well and lasts for days. I ordered a couple of the other foil colors as well.

Love this chrome like opaque polish! Photo taken against the inside foil of coffee bag to show degree of color and finish. It’s opaque, goes on easily with no base or topcoat. Applied two coats and dried in about 2 minutes. Yes, really! Stayed on well for about five days with a little touch up on nail edge here and there. Maybe a topcoat would extend time, but instructions said not to use one. I may try it next time to see if it lasts longer. I would say it is chrome like. Maybe not like a salon gel finish, but good enough for me and no where near the money. Love it so much I bought three colors.

Had to post how smitten I am with the polish.. uncertain of metallic- it’s a really fun trend and doesn’t look out of line or inappropriate. Nothing “Goth” like for work, school, church, dress up or date night!! Don’t get me wrong.. Some colors add a fun flare like a Neon but, may have certain places it can appear tacky- IMHO! Sally Hansen metallic in purple lilac color doesn’t wear in that capacity. Color feels appropriate for preteen and up. As 40+ yr old.. I too actually loved the whimsical vibe with underlying solid color for balance.As for polish itself.. never used anything like it- goes on evenly and with no tack or grainy feel in its consistency. With adequate paint on brush (and not overdoing it!) paint pulls a perfect stroke.. I say this bc, polish practically dries as you move on to paint the next nail! Crazy helpful it’s sooo easy to paint the whole set. Best yet, you wont be like me- and mess up polish waiting for it to dry!! This by far my favorite aspect.Note: I tried/wore polish all x3 options and ended with same results- so, in the end it’s a personal preference!1. Single layer without a top coat. Simple dries beyond fast, looks a tad more matted but still offers a bit of a sheen adding nothing else. I suggest painting to reach all edges in smooth longer strokes. Apply trying for perfection and bc it sets quickly- it should set without any oops! Leaving this the only layer you need.2. Two layers of paint and no top coat.. this didn’t cause premature peeling due to thickness. It wore just as long as single layer did. IF wanting to achieve deeper color with a second later, you can.. but, 2nd coat won’t drastically darken like some paints- x1 layer gives plenty of color- So, use/not a x2 coat..? I’d say a 2nd layer if needing to fix stroke or blemish.. otherwise, isn’t really necessary!3. X2 coats of metallic paint along with quick dry topcoat! I must add- this process took longest to dry.. even with quick dry aspect. This adds a bit more of a glossy finish- but, not enough to get a polished chrome effect. Polish alone does have a subtle shine- it’s not flat!! Using X3 layers also last same length of time before needing to redo. But, having x3 layers did peel off in large pieces as it began to lift up in water.Photos included are just x1 layer of polish painted x14 days ago.. as you can see, this wears off at tip when it begins to lift. I believe site states polish lasts a solid week- and although nails look a bit tattered.. it will give you some idea of wearability. Polish is on natural nail without a base or top coat. Bc results didn’t vary I prefer x1 layer of paint- and use of clear top coat if fixing an error.. otherwise, that’s it! Something I’ve never been able to pull off, except with this metallic polish.. I think I found a new bff- ability not to bump while dying is priceless and speed at which nails can’t be done.. perfect!!
