This kit from Wesco is a fairly comprehensive selection of drill/driver accessories aimed at the home DIYer, offering a wide selection of bits and hand tools for a majority of jobs around the home.I think every homeowner should have a small selection of basic tools for doing little jobs around the house and this kit covers a lot of those tasks if used in conjunction with a drill. A lot of this kit is made up of various types of screwdriver bits both short and long versions for awkward to reach screws. It also comes with a broad selection of drill bits for masonry, wood and metal, including four spade bits for bigger holes in wood.The overall feel of the bits is representative of the price point, these bits when used do the job, but I wouldn't want to use them on a daily basis in a work environment, not what these are intended for at all. If used for the occasional DIY job around the house I'm sure these tools will be more than suitable for the majority of people and you'll probably never use some of the tools in the kit but it's nice to have a good selection to choose from. This kit would also be a good gift for a new home owner as a starter tool kit to get them going, the presentation in the carry case making for a pleasing looking item as well as being practical.I'll be keeping this set along with an older cordless drill for odd jobs around the house which is what these budget kits do best, don't expect too much of them and they'll do the job just fine, for bigger projects and daily use expect to pay a little bit more.

This is a heavy bit of kit just taking it out of the box the weight of it was much more than an older value make we have in the house.For anyone that’s into diy this kits seems to hold it all. Drill bits in so many sizes and all neatly contained in a case. At least with this lot you should never have to buy any more drill bits again. Or even have trouble finding them when coming to use them. A place for each bit so you can see right away if your missing a bit. At least now I won’t get blamed for moving loose tools if all together in here.From metal to wood, plastics you name it this Wesco kit seems to have it all to deal with. Lots of sizes that aren’t in your usual run of the mill value sets. Plus these bits all seem to weigh more so yes should be longer lasting too which always helps when a set costs quite a bit of money. A brand we’ve had before and one that seems to be rather hard wearing. Fingers crossed these the same.

Ive used the drill bits and they seem ok, I used the cross head screwdriver bit and it stripped the bit without any force on the screw. Im unable to return it as had set a few months now.

A very good set with multiple pieces that all come in handy at some point in time. The bits are good quality but I wouldn’t say they are suitable for a professional tradesman however they are perfect for diy ers. I would recommend if you fall into the latter category.
