c'est un appareil de qualité
très bon appareil très efficace au niveau de la plaque dentaire, mon appareil est tombé en panne au bout de 6 mois et je voudrais remercier la société Oclean pour son efficacité et sa rapidité dans le remplacement de l'appareil et Amazon pour son suivi du problème.

Started of brilliant but stopped working after a couple of months.
The waterfloss design is convenient and easy to use. If not for the later issues I’ve had it would be 5 stars, however it is no longer usable and the manufacturer are not replying.It started with it turning on by itself for a few cycles, without me being able to stop/turn it off. Then it would not charge, the light that indicates it being plugged in/fully charged did not light up at all.Now it doesn't function and the battery indicator appears red and flashing the product was just fully charged. Very upset as the product was brilliant up until this point and the manufacturer is not responding to emails about the issues.

It doesn’t work anymore
I bought it and it was fineI travelled and it was inside the luggageI keep it in the car and i think because of the heat inside the car it doesn’t work anymoreWherase i have another brand and many timesI keep it in the car and it is still work till nowThis one quality is not good.

Works as should
The device came from France for some reason so the delivery delayed 1 week. I ordered from the Swedish Amazon but either way the product arrived without damage. I used such device first time so first time was scary to use. I used this device almost 4 weeks already and I got used so in the end I learned how to use. 😅 The product works even now without problem. I tried different modes on the device and all of them works. If you are first timer newbie to use this then I recommend to check on the YouTube how to use as I did. 😅👍
