After 3 years of use, would highly recomend.
We have used this unit for 3 years now, and been happy with performance. It charges our 2, 12V, deep cycle AGM batteries from ~10V in the mornings to 12.6 and sometimes 13V+ in about 4-5 hours each day, depending on sun exposure. No issues with rain on controller as it sits under the panels, protected. Our Airstream is 2014 model, with LED lighting, but the heater fan and water pump are in use typically, so you can draw down your batteries in couple days if not careful. This unit keeps us topped off. It comes with clip connections for immediate use on battery terminals. The cables also have a quick disconnect feature, and included is a direct connection cable to be attached to your battery terminals so you can plug in instead of opening the compartment each time and clipping onto terminals. This makes set up a breeze. The case protects the panels and we store under our dining table in our Airstream when traveling or storing. We also use a cable lock system attached to the RV frame to prevent theft at campgrounds. Would suggest either this 80W unit or the larger 120W unit for even faster charging.

Go-Power 80W Portable Solar Kit
A great power supply to keep the RV battery charged. I recently used it to keep the battery on my Jayco Baja charged while on a trip to Moab, UT. The charger comes, and stores, in a durable cover. It folds out quickly and easily connects to your battery - when used with the battery pig tail. The pig-tail is included with the kit as well as clips for use on batteries without the pig-tail. Some reviewers had trouble with the controller - I didn't. It is a quality unit.Even though the Baja does not have a lot of interior electric lights I did change them out to LEDs. Amazon came though again - LED replacement lights are available. LEDs use quite a bit less of your battery power to provide light in your camper.Power output - Although I can't remember the power output numbers exactly I can say that when in direct sun it did produce 13-15V and easily kept the battery topped off. On a cloudy day I opened it up to get an idea of how it might work and was impressed to see that it was able to generate 5-6V on a continuous basis. It seems to be a durable unit and could be weather proof but I've not tested it in the rain. Some reviewers mentioned that they needed an extension to the power supply cord. So far I've been able to use the Solar cell within the range of the attached power cord. It could be that if camping in a forested camp area you might need a longer cord to find a sunny spot.My one concern is the possible theft of the unit. It is an attractive unit and I'd be reluctant to leave it out in the open when we're not in the immediate vicinity. It would take only a few seconds to disconnect it and be off.

Controller failed after one season.
It worked fine for one season. Set up for use in 2015 and the solar controller module failed. Very disappointing. Needed to buy and install new controller. Failed much too soon. The panels are fine -the wiring is fine - they used a substandard 3rd party component. They seem to be using a different unit now.The unit itself is well designed, and the panels work flawlessly.

Product never worked for me! Hoping for a full refund! - Review UPDATED!
See UPDATE Below - Bought the 80watt portable kit....added expedited shipping for a trip this weekend, but the unit was bad. Tested and tried every cable, multiple batterys, but the controller never turned on. There was a small gash on one of the wires exposing, the wiring inside, the fuse was also rated for 7.5 amp rather than 10 and was the mini fuse rather than normal size....even tho the fuse housing is setup for the normal size fuse. Just seems like no care for their product. After the time and trouble it took to troubleshoot, im disapointed i chose this product. Looking into getting a Zamp Solar kit now. If i get some feedback and descent customer support i may revise the review but right now this product is junk!UPDATE - the original unit i ordered had an older faceplate and possibly used....and did not work! Not sure what the deal is with that unit, but i have since received a replacement and it matches what it should look like per the Go Power! website. This unit works perfectly. Go Power! customer service was very helpful.

Great for those with RVs that have two 6 volt batteries - even in winter.
After our first RV trip dry camping in December at the beach in Northern California, I can say that these solar panels were a huge success. We bought a new travel trailer and I wasn't sure how long the two six volt batteries would last in winter what with the heater blowing plus using lights at night and such. Our two six volt batteries dropped by about a third of their charge overnight and these solar panels topped them up nicely. There was one day where there was a heavy cloud cover and little sunlight so, of course, not much charge. But even on a short winter day these panels would fully recharge the batteries despite the limited sunlight. So, bottom line, an 80w system seems to be sufficient for charging two six volt batteries.I also like the build quality and the nice carrying case. The charge controller is also a bonus in that it has a useful readout that keeps you informed and you can charge something via the USB port on the charge controller as well. While several of my camping buddies were burning fuel using their noisy generators that stink and also need maintenance, I was enjoying my free sun power thanks to these silent solar panels.

Not water proof
Easy to set-up. However does not appear built to withstand wet weather. Controller and connectors are not water proof. Not confident that I could leave set-up during intermittent showers.

Great solar charging package.
Plug & Play! Purchased to keep battery on camper charged. Have not used it on camper yet, but used it on spare batteries and it worked very well. I think it will be a great addition to my camping gear and I will be able to stay off grid for a long time. I would recommend it to friends & family, and I would purchase it again! Used this this past summer while off grid camping and it re-charged my camper battery with no problems. Sky was partly cloudy most days, but this unit brought the battery up to full power. Biggest draw on the battery was at night when the furnace would run. Still would purchase again.

Easy to use and connect on batteries with included connector
Used this 80 watt solar panel in dry camping for 14 days and it kept my two 6v batteries installed in series with 225 Amp .Required 2 to 3 hours of sun to maintain batteries to 85 - 90% .Pros: Well made.Easy to use and connect on batteries with included connector.Cons: Need extension cable , 15 feet not long enough.Need SUN !!!!!!!

and the cables and carry case seem sturdy and well built
Used it for a week of dry-camping in Banff this past week. We had minimal direct sunlight, but combined with dual 6-volt batteries and led lights in my trailer, we had no issues in keeping the batteries charged up. The panels are all in one, and the cables and carry case seem sturdy and well built. I also purchased the 30 ft extension cable from another site as I couldn't find it on Amazon. This will depend on where you camp, but the extra length it provided came in handy a few times. I also bought the 7 pin cable adapter, allowing me to plug directly into my 7 pin cable. This isn't really necessary and if buying again, I would stick with the quick connectors that come with the panel.
