Not yet in the hands of children it looks like a good toy for any child fascinated with tractors and diggers. Value for money. I do not see why it gets a 3+ years warning, the only smal part id the screw for the battery compartment.With lights and sounds as well as the motion I wait toi see how long the batteries will last.
