Nice idea, hard to push, 4 year old gave up, adult found it hard too

My little lad loves play dough and as soon as these arrived through our letterbox he wanted to use them immediately. They are made of a nice, strong plastic, as brightly coloured as advertised. We had a bit of bother getting the play dough to extrude through these syringes initially, and my son kept asking his mum to do it, which was spoiling the fun, as it was really tough to use. However, unbeknownst to us, the play dough in use was a bit drier than fresh play dough. Later on, a new tub of play dough was used, which my son could manage to use through the syringes on his own, with ease. He’s very happy with these. I mark the extruders down slightly, just because I think the little holes surrounding the heart, star, etc are unnecessary and distracting.

My 2 year old granddaughter was thrilled when these arrived, to go with the Playdoh and shape cutters.Five differently coloured extruders, each with a cut out design at end. I have to say that apart from the one with lots of holes (which creates lots of little 'worms') the result is largely the same for them all. But the patterned ends are great for stamping embossed patterns with!Also they require a little strength to fully depress the 'syringe' so a tiny tot needs a grown up to help. But we've had such fun with them, including sorting out which colour top goes with which extruder (!) that I can only heartily recommend them.

Quite hard to use for my 2 year old but with a bit of help it does the job. I’m sure it would be fine for an older child to operate

Great but you have to push really hard to get the play dough out ad the end of the shape/dough comes out a bit dodgy looking but still great for the price and was delivered quickly.

Something every toddler group needs. Robust after 50 of the darlings played with it for a whole morning . Cleaned easily. Added bonus shooting kids with water ability.
