I ordered two, one medium (dark gray) and one large (light gray). The large was a bit too big but I kept if for layering and hiking when it is colder. In this dark gray, it fit better ... I usually wear a large shirt but with other online companies, a medium works better - but I didn't know. I just returned from 3 weeks in Europe and it was really chilly, windy, damp, and rainy for two weeks in Croatia and Slovenia. Lovely, beautiful countryside but we just hit some unexpected awful weather. However, my jacket was terrific. I wore a long sleeve shirt, then a very thin denim long sleeve shirt plus this coat. I was totally warm. Even with the wind 40-45 mph and temps low 40'sF, the coat was great. One downside are the fake top pockets. I am going to sew in pockets on my next one (to hold my phone and chapstick). Sadly, I lost this coat on my last subway trip, so I am ordering another today. This is a great coat.

I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s a perfectly nice item, just not for me. It is extremely soft, seems like it would be warm, and the color is true to the picture. It is oversized by design, so if you want it to fit tighter, size down. I got the size I normally wear and you can see in my pictures the way it fits. It didn’t look as cute on me as I was hoping, so I am sending it back. As that’s just my personal preference and not due to the item, I’m giving it 5 stars for quality.

Great jacket, great color, but order it at least 1 size smaller than you normally are.I am an XL and ordered a L at first, then returned it and ordered a size M, that fits.Another thing: please look at the photo of the jacket, the sleeves don't start at the shoulder like most garments, they start a few inches down the upper arm. It didn't bother me, but it kind of gives you very wide shoulders.I wear it now a lot, and it is very comfortable and I got several compliments for the jacket.

Fabric feels so good; quality stitching - but the XL size is soooo wrong! Shouldes are "out to here" and the arm length and width could accommodate three big wool sweaters underneath. Reordering in a L, hoping it fits.

I like the color. Fit does not look like the picture. Not sure I will wear it. I waited too long to return.

I love this! So soft and comfy! I ordered the pink and its really pretty. I am going to order another color! I ordered a size up because I wanted it longer and loose fitting/oversized.

I bought this for a trip to Spain in February for its versatility. I needed something I could wear with a lot of outfits - not too heavy and not too light and this did the job perfectly. And of course very flattering too!
