Not suitable for job

Se utlizo para dormir boca-abajo, es comodo, el material de la almohada es suave, es versátil(ajustable). Lo único malo es el calor que genera, después de un rato el contacto con la piel hace sudar, debería ser de un material fresco. En general fue muy útil para mantener la posición boca abajo por recuperación de operación Macular, lo recomiendo totalmente para estos propósitos.

It's easy to install and very nicely adjustable... I haven't looked at the DVD yet...it definitely helped my neck during short naps (I normally sleep on my stomach for short naps)

I wish I'd known about this when a friend was recovering from an eye surgery and had to lie face down. This is a lot cheaper than renting a massage table!And it works almost as well as a massage table, and a lot better than most on-the-bed or on-the-floor solutions. My partner has a bad lower back, and I've got a pain condition that means I live for a good massage. This has been worth every penny of the price. It's fairly sturdy and doesn't feel flimsy or wobbly. Adjusting it to the right height can be tricky at first, until you find the right place for your neck.If you've got a foam topper or a non-firm mattress, be aware that this may make it tricky to give someone a massage on the squishy bed. That said, this was pretty darn comfortable for both of us to use and to give massages. Heck, just lying flat and face down for a few minutes sometimes helps my back and neck pain, and if you've got a heating pad, that's even better.I'm not sure it's worth it if you're a single person who doesn't have a massage therapist coming to visit you. On the other hand, if you do, this may be an alternative to having to climb up onto a rickety portable massage table. Some of my disabled friends who can barely get out of bed might find this very useful.You may want a cover for the face cushion, which is the kind of vinyl that's easy to clean and sticks to your skin. I've been using an old T-shirt, but I'll probably buy a proper cover soon.And, heaven forbid, next time I have food poisoning or stomach flu I will put a trash can under it. You laugh now, but you'll be sleeping on the cold bathroom floor next to the toilet again, and I won't.

Muy bueno, en realidad. Solo un punto malo, es que hay unas piezas que son de plastico (duro) y deverian de ser de acero para asegurar la durabilidad. Pero aun asi lo recomiendo.
