Probably the best balsamic vinegar for the money. Actually better than most costing twice the price

Expensive but exquisite
My FAVOURITE balsamic by miles. Not a rich human so spending between £10-£15 on this is about as rich as i can get.it's thick as treacle and sticks to leaves so you use less.Flavour is pungent and sweet, but not overly so.On strawberries it is a revelation.Sure there are hundreds more expensive brands but for the money this is the best you can get.

A sharp way to hit the sweet spot!
As a gluten intolerent person, its quite difficult to find the ability to add flavour to dishes. I’m quite accustomed to using herbs and spices, but sometimes they cannot quite provide those extra levels of depth you find in restaurant food. I’d like to say that this is a very nice Balsamic Vinegar, that, at the price, is capable of providing a lovely extra depth to cooking, and fresh foods. It has a rich, thick consistency, with a slightly sweet taste that suits what balsamic vinegar is generally used for, and can help lift dishes that you might not normally look to it for.To provide examples of cooked and raw food use, please check the following -For a cooked usage, try chopping up shallots roughly, fry them in a little oil, add in some quartered cup mushrooms (chestnut ones work very nicely for this at a good cost price), cook off for a little while, add in a little hot water and a good glug of balsamic vinegar, plus some salt, pepper and herbs. Cover and let simmer for a few minutes. Serve alongside something like steak, venison or similar and its gorgeous! For raw usage, chop up cucumber, radish, peppers (red, yellow or orange), and spring onion, add a glug of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, toss a little and leave to sit. While sitting, chop u some nice gem lettuce and rocket leaf, add to the previous mix, chuck in a little salt and pepper, mix up, and serve with sliced boiled egg and your choice of meat (corned beef is nice, or prawns, or similar.Basically, you cant go wrong with this as a taste sensation for the money, there are better balsamics out there, but at the price, I’d be surprised!
