Some reviews have mentioned these are too loose for their mantle. You can easily squeeze these hooks to make them tighter! That’s what I did, and they are very sturdy. I like that they are low profile on the mantle, so I have room to place other items there.

The grasp is not as adjustable as I thought
The clasps were the right color shown in the picture however the clasp was not as tight (the grip) as I thought. It’s loose. I have other clamps that have a strong hold so beware of that.

its got nice gripping on it. very well made with decent weight to them. well worth the price! sorry dont have stockings up , so used Halloween basket!
