Worked a treat during trip to Tokyo, informative, good size and easy to read

Bought for our 2 week trip to Japan, with a week in Tokyo. We referred to it at least once per day and ended up finding a lot of places we didn't think of. Saw a few people with the book as well whilst out. Has the top tourist ideas for Tokyo so good for these, so it was good to try out all the 'popular' places in the book then find our own quieter off the beaten track places as well. Overall a must buy if you're heading to Tokyo, if just for the pull out map!

I understand that Disney is not for everyone but there wasn’t even a mention in here that there was one.Could have done with a train map as I struggled to realise how far away each attraction was.

Great little book; well laid out; clear and easy to use; colourful and good descriptions.

Perfect, have a few of these little books perfect size and includes map which was well used.

Although the guide has a useful pull-out subway map, the recommendations in the book are poor. We went on a wild goose chase to find some ‘amazing’ restaurants, which ended up being terrible or not even there. We felt like the authors didn’t really explore the areas and choose the best eateries, and instead just visited a few places and stuck them in the book, whether they were good or not.My advice would be to google good restaurants in whatever area you’re in and read people’s reviews and blogs - there are loads! We found some amazing restaurants this way - which were not in the book.
