It was a little difficult to install the small front wheels at first but was able to get it installed, the back bigger wheels was much easier to install. Seems like a nice and sturdy shopping cart to replace two 10+ year old shopping carts that was on the last legs before breakdowns. Let see how long this will last.

I have had this one for a while now since I purchased. Now the assembly was perfect very fast and easy, when my wagon was empty the maneuvering was easy. It wasn’t until it met the rugged sidewalks of NYC that it became a workout in itself to steer the damn cart, the front wheels are terrible, not durable at all. The wheels bend at 50lbs in the cart which is absurd being that in the description it claims to hold 220lbs. Really disappointed since now I have to McGuyver a way to get better heavy duty wheels for this expensive cart.

This cart has saved me so much time when i need to haul my groceries in the house, i can do it all in one trip and wont have to go back to the car for another round!Ive even used this cart to move stuff from my house, into my storage unit and the cart hasnt bent or damaged at all. Still sturdy as ever!The only down side is the smaller front wheels are very annoying, especially when you hit a crack in the sidewalk or a small stick; then it slam-stops you right away. I've been pushing it on 2 wheels (wheelburrow style) and havent had any further issues.Also, its strong enough to drag up the stairs. Trust me, Ive done it more than once lol.

Great wheels and sturdy basket

Though I haven’t actually had an opportunity to use it, seems very sturdy. As can be seen in the photo it arrived with some damage, but it shouldn’t get in the way of its usefulness. Found it easy to assemble with the aid of the Amazon video instructions.

The two front wheels aren't sturdy. The sides of the shopping cart seem very weak and I feel they can easily break.I put 4 of the big reusable bags in the shopping cart with groceries and I felt like I needed to move slow because I didn't want it to break down.I just used it to transport my groceries from the car to my apartment. I had to make a few trips.Not sure if I can use it to do my actual grocery shopping.

This rating is just on the basis of shipping and assembly. I haven't road tested it. yet. We'll see... and I'll update.But meanwhile:1) It was obvious that the cart I received had been opened and returned. There were cut zip ties in the package, the hook to close it was installed (improperly), and there were 2 sets of instructions, one crumpled, one smooth. It was all clean and I needed it, so I kept it. Seems ok, but it was an. unpleasant experience.2) To assemble, watch the video. I found the written instructions unclear. The video was better.3) I wasn't able to tighten the nuts on the front wheels to my satisfaction using the enclosed tools. I hope they'll stay on. This could be a real problem.Hoping I'll have more positive comments once I've taken it out. It's nice and big, which I need, so I'm hoping it'll be a real find! But I'm worried about the comments about the front wheels sticking.I'm impressed with how quickly the sender responded to my concerns. They sent me instructions for how to tighten the front wheels, and the shopping cart is coming through nicely now. I've taken it out onto city streets, and the front wheels don't catch on the sidewalk, which is a concern for carts with swivel wheels. Seems to be. meeting my needs well. The cart itself is nice and it was not hard to put together however, the front swivel wheels are a HUGE disappointment! Yes they swivel, but after you make a turn or two they don’t go straight again on their own -you have to play with the cart and lift it and turn it for the wheels to go straight again. I took a chance because other reviews said the same thing. I’m keeping the cart because I need one, but this is very disappointing! I have a much smaller less sturdy cart and those wheels are perfect. Not sure why this manufacturer couldn’t get the wheels correct. That’s a huge part of a cart experience-making it go forward!!
