it takes some getting used to, to get your hair in the slot before pressing the correct button to tell the wand which way to spin the hair. I think it would be alot easier with longer hair...Mine is shoulder length , but when I get it all lined up it does curl nice... just not long lasting curls.

I will be honest I almost sent this back because I have fine thin hair (Shoulder length) I tested, and my hair would not really give the curl I wanted but after playing around with the settings it worked.If you have hard to curl hair Fine & Thin. Mist your hair with a strong hold but workable hairspray to help with the curl!

It took me a little bit to figure out how to hold the hair properly and which button to push, but when I did, I LOVE IT! My hair keeps holding the curl for a week, until I wash my hair again. What a wonderful idea.

The instruction says it beeps each second while counting down, but it doesn't make sound. It beeps only when it reached the set time (after 8sec, 12sec...)We ordered a replacement and the new one still doesn't work as it's supposed to be.It still does the job.

I bought this for my two granddaughters 10am d 11 for Christmas I hope they will work great I reviewed them and they should be great for first time users of curling irons

Though this product doesn’t seem substantial, first appearances were misleading. It’s quite worthwhile and seems to be substantial. Mostly, it “gets the job done” relatively quickly and effortlessly.
