3 or 4 days is what it last for me but is really like them a lot. They don't taste like anything to me. You can soak them over night to get them hydrated, I would recommend snapping off the stems before hydrated them as they do add a bitter taste to your soup. Barking them in the 4's with out the stem does hydrated them faster just in time for "Sapporo Ichiban Original". I just wish the bag was bigger I just can't seem to get enough of them. Eating these Shiitake Mushrooms makes me feel at peace. I fully recommend to mushroom lovers. 5 stars all the way. Dam! there good. Makes me want to own a Fram and grown these all the time.

I love dried mushrooms. And this is a huge bag. And it lasts for months. All you do is put them in some water let him soak for about 15 minutes and they're ready to go. I save the water and use it for making bougie noodles. Or when I make rice or anything else. They're very delicious... I bought these several times and I'll buy them until they don't have them no more...

good flavor and work well

The taste and texture of these are wonderful. The stems have been trimmed so that there's no waste--you can use every bit of each mushroom. Sizes are more consistent than other brands. I find that they rehydrate beautifully. And once they're rehydrated, you can keep them in the water in the fridge until you're ready to use them. I recommend this product without reservation.

Bought the sliced shiitake and was excited about the excellent pricing.However, after using them I felt slightly ill Didn’t think it was mushrooms and used again in a dish that was shared. We all got stomach issues, gassy, or the trots. I can’t believe I actually ate them one more time alone just to see. Sure enough, not good. I had to throw the whole bag away.These are imported and must be questionable sourcing. Take care, beware.

You will be pleasantly surprised by the size of this bag! The mushrooms look beautiful. This is a really great value for the money. I'll keep buying these.

The taste is good, nice and earthy. Nice big slices. Texture is very chewy/rubbery if you follow the directions. The second time I cooked with them I poured boiling water to cover them and let them soak overnight and cooked them for an hour and a half. They came out less chewy but not as soft as I wanted them. I think next time I use them, I will break them up before letting them soak.
