Good read - Covers much ground
Succinct, informative and embeds right images. The effort put by the author to keep it simple shows.

Totally misleading. No Garuda Purana in this Book
There is no Garuda Purana in this book. It merely rehashes the, ideas and concepts and interpretations of the author , of hindu symbolism, which are his own, and which have now become stale and a malady of his writing. There is not an iota of research regarding the Garuda Purana or any academic or intellectually stimulating finesse. The problem is that in a time where very few Indians have time to actually look at, leave aside read, their cultural texts, such repetitive dissimulation of an individual's oft repeated, and mostly wrong, ideas, passes off as authentic rendition of Indian texts. Best not to waste money and time over this book. A very sad and sorry state of affairs.

Awesome
Thanks for a very insightful and clear explanation of the Purana. It contained the depth I needed to understand what happens to souls that have departed.
