I was a bit skeptical with these since they are gummies, but I do feel like they are working. Lately I've been having problems with remembering basic things which began to worry me since I've fairly young and should not be having those kinds of problems yet. So, I decided to try these gummies out. It's only been about a week since I've been taking them, but they do seem to be helping me have a better memory. I also seem to be able to stay more focus on simple task. I'm a wife, a caregiver, a mother of a four-year-old and I also take care of my parents so I'm pretty much everywhere, I will be in the middle of one task, get distracted and start doing something else forgetting I was in the middle of something so as far as being more focus, I can definitely see a change.

I'm also one of the skeptical ones but figured why not try.First of all the taste and chewability - taste is tangerine-ish and isn't bad, has kind of a powdery taste if that makes sense. It breaks down extremely easily and almost requires no chewing and the big thing for me is that it doesn't get stuck to my teeth like some other gummies.I'm a late 20s male and these gummies (2 in the morning) actually provided a pretty significant focus boost after around 30-40 minutes, probably due to the copious amount of vitamin B however I can't speak on the long term effects they promise. It does give a good clarity boost for throughout the day for sure. I have no side effects and can update this if any present themselves.
