So why do I call it the best? I have gone through a grand total of 15 grinders prior - some from box stores and some from Amazon. Some didn't grind at all. Some did grind, but their little heart wasn't in it. Some were a comedy of errors and others were just cumbersome. All in all, not one was worth the price tag until this one entered my life. I love it so much, that even if it died tomorrow, I wouldn't be mad, mainly because I already bought another one and have it in back up.I think the important thing is to say what I am grinding up. I have a tiny ancient senior citizen dog with few teeth left and swallowing large pieces can be a huge problem. I grind everything for him. Dog treats, it grinds it (small treats like a Little Cesar's or large dehydrated treats like Full Moon's jerky (I rip into pieces and then let the grinder go)). Fresh veggies, like carrots, it grinds. Medicines and pills and supplements, it grinds. And it grinds it quick and it grinds it consistently and it is just amazing. After all the crappy products, I still appreciate this one every single time.Summary -It grinds consistently across a spectrum of itemsIt is reliable and the longest lasting grinder I have found to dateIt is quick with it's little grindIt can easily be rinsed out.Cost it is a middle of the road cost, not the cheapest (bought that one - don't do it) nor the most expensive (yes - I bought that name brand fancy one too - huge disappointment). I personally think this is the best grind for your buck.For those of you that thrive on negativity - read some of my other reviews on other grinders, but for this one -If your ears are sensitive, it could be considered loud.The blade does such a great job that sometimes you need to smack the side of the cup to dislodge anything under the blade.If you randomly press the lid down with the bowl in it's locked position, it will whir to life. But since that's how it works, I don't know that it's really a negative. Listen, I tried.Again, hands down the best grinder out of 16. If you are on the fence, buy this one over the other one.

The only "negative" is the capacity. But I bought this product specifically for grinding dry spices, and it certainly holds as much as the old coffee grinders do. This product will perfectly grind as little as 1tsp, very fine or coarse. The cap keeps all that you're grinding inside the grinder thus eliminating waste, and mess - eliminate mess and you eliminate potential damage to the motor because you could never be tempted to use moisture near the motor connection point. The way the two piece blade works seems to create a vortex which makes it very efficient at grinding wet spices (e.g., ginger, garlic, reconstituted chilis, etc.), but there is a max line which I estimate to be a little over 2 oz. The outer lid, which you push to activate grinder, must first be locked in place so there are no accidents. It's also attractive enough to leave on the counter should you need/want to do so. It comes with a combo brush/scoop.

Quick and easy grind of a large amount of Cannabis. Two seconds is plenty to get a fluffy, smokable texture that loads easily into cones. Any longer of a grind and you'd have dust, so two seconds is literally all you need. It keeps the trichomes contained in the grinder cup well and it has a snap on lid to keep things fresh. Also, with the grinder cup being removable, I can throw it in the dishwasher to keep it from gumming up. Solid and well made.

Works well so far? I’m rating this a 4+ because I don’t know how durable in the long term? Looks are very attractive and modern and can leave out on kitchen counter. I’m using to grind dried citrus peels which can be difficult. Easy to clean and the six blades do a good job grinding with just a 3 or 4 short bursts of power. No mess! The cap that covers the metal grinding container is a tight press fit and no residue escapes the container. What I really like is that it has 4 nylon tabs that start the grinder when depressed. Other grinders I looked at and have owned only have one small plastic tab to depress for power that could easily break or wear out. I found it easy to clean by adding water with a drop of dish detergent to the metal container an giving it a couple quick power bursts and instantly cleaned. I just rinse the container and put it on the drying rack next to the sink. From an engineering perspective and convenience using, I recommend! Longevity is always my concern but looks well made compared to other grinders at the same price point! 👍

First, I'm happy I received a "new" product, I've received a few items lately that were clearly used and returned. This was well packaged and looked brand new.It is also heavier that I thought it would be, which is a good thing, from the photos, it looks like a lighter plastic product, but it has a good weight to it, so better quality than I expected and has no funky plastic smell.It works very well grinding coffee beans, which is what I mainly purchased it for. It looks like nice even grounds. It also comes with a little book on how to make and blend other things, like chili powder, pepper salt powder and a few others.As far as noise level, not exactly quiet, but not any louder than your normal coffee grinder. I like that the inner cup is removable and you can bring it to your coffee machine and scoop the grounds into your coffeemaker right from the cup, my old one didn't have this feature, it was one solid piece. It seems pretty easy to clean.So I would probably purchase another one, pretty happy with overall performance and happy that it was more solid than it looks in photos.

Our coffee grinder crossed over the rainbow bridge so we needed a new one. I spent a ridiculous amount of time (as I always do) researching and reading reviews. Quite honestly, I picked this one out of a group with the same amount of 4+star ratings because of the color. The color is exactly as it is shown - super pretty! It's cool because it has an inner container with a lid so it is easy to take out to pour the ground coffee, and to wash it. It's quick and grinds the coffee great!
