I bought this furniture 2 weeks ago and received it in mail on time. It took me 1.5 hours to build it by following the written instructions. The doors of this structure were very weak and coming off as you can see in the picture. Even after putting together this shoe rack with the most steady hands and with care its quality is so bad that it started coming out on day one itself. Now I feel like throwing this piece of junk out of my home office. It doesnt solve any purpose and is so ugly at the same time. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ANY COST!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!! I wish I could get my money back for this nonsense piece of trash.

Extremely poor quality material used, door is broken after user of 3 months only, Close and open frequency of door is 5 to 6 times per day.

Looks good after assembly which took around 2 hours.The middle panel is easy to flip while fitting as the illustration is misleading, so special care needs to be given to the alignment of the supports for shelves while completing the fitting. The fit of the doors is also not tight - it loosely closes, but entire assembly process is fun for the family.

Bad quality product, just received it and on the 4th day the doors started ripping off. When I called the people who assembled it, they said they won’t fix it.

Great service provided by the Deckup team! Whatever issues there were the team personally came and fixed it .. The shoe rack looks beautiful..has a good storage capacity. Very minimalist. Serves dual purpose of console and shoe rack. Can also be used as a TV stand later on.
