I love the idea however it didn’t work for me. I have a horrible habit of picking at the skin around my nails and I thought this would help but because of where the ring sits (near the knuckle) it was too far away from my nail and was an effort to reach for the ring. It didn’t feel natural enough or get in the way enough so I when I put it on, I found myself absentmindedly still picking my skin. I’ve since been disciplining myself and I’m overcoming my habit so if anything, this ring helped me be better in that respect because I knew nothing else was gonna work except controlling my habit

Beautifully made, feels strong when adjusting to fit, the different textures on the beads are very subtle though.

I don't know why they say silver when it's plate, but pretty and still good value

The fidget part is great, I honestly thought my skin would get caught in between the beads. But it is turning my finger green, even when my hands are dry. If I wanted to look like the grinch I’d stop shaving and get rings from primark.

Bought for my daughter (age 16) with ASD. she loves it and fiddles with the rollers etc. Much better than turning the ring around the finger, which can cause sore skin, or taking ring on and off - we've lost more rings that way!

I'm very pleased with this ring hope my granddaughter is as well as it's one of her small presents for Christmas
