Our unit is just over a month old and already has rust. Wish I would have returned sooner for a replacement.

Water tastes great with no weird aftertaste. Basically tastes like bottled water. It's a bit of a pain to set up with priming the black filters and purging the fluoride/chlorine filters, but if you spent this much money on a water filtration system don't take shortcuts putting it together. It took about an hour to prime and assemble.

Have used many water filtration products. I finally decided to try a Berkey. I am sold. Very fast flow rate and the water quality is much improved over other products on the market. Save your dollars and get a Berkey. Worth it for your health.

Update* Ikon goods responded to my complaints and after troubleshooting, replaced the filters and it is now great! The water tastes very clean now.The water tastes awful and smells like urine after a few days. I have followed all priming directions, cleaned the system and reprimed everything multiple times and after each cleaning, it will taste fine for 2 days. Then it starts to taste and smell awful!!! I’m not happy.

I can say truly this product does meet my 5 stars. I love this product. And knowing that I will be drinking the best water ever, instead of having to buy bottle water. This will safe me so much money and peace of mind. Thank you so much.

Very easy to assemble and setup and works as well as advertised. I only had one minor glitch and that was the spigot had to be tightened a lot tighter than I thought at first. Over all an excellent gravity fed water filtration system that I can highly recommend.

This works much better than the filter on my fridge. I fill up a pitcher of water from the Big Berkey, and place the pitcher in the fridge so I can have cold, filtered water.

Really complicated to assemble and wastes a ton of water getting acclimated
