I've been feeding my cats this premium brand James Wellbeloved dry food in its various varieties for almost 13 years, no ill effects and all are healthy to this day.Good size nibbles, sort of average frozen "Pea" size or slightly smaller, which all my cats seem to manage well, even 2 with a few missing fangs.the 4kg bag snap-seal is OK to seal back up, but can be fiddly & take a few try's, the 10kg bags i Used to buy were pretty unreliable due to their weight & bulk moving around. a tougher Zip lock would be easier.Was very helpful when a frightened starving feral kitten turned up at my door (i adopted her, Mrs Minnie mouse😻) She had terrible diarrhoea for 9+ months despite repeated worming & vet visits, this JW turkey when I started giving it to her did seem to improve her poos quite noticeably, not a total cure at the time, but 4-5 days out of 7 much firmer and less frequent visits to litter tray - from 4 to 5 pure liquid visits down to 1 or 2 soft shaped to normal in a day!I believed this helped after a week or less, (the vet advice was a good quality dry food - JamesW was mentioned, or veterinary diet dry/wet food) I had already been feeding them RC, but Mouse was given this exclusively.She did clear up totally after just over a year, so never quite sure of the cause, she eats these with a mix of regular wet & dry since then!A big hit with most my others, only one not so keen, but she likes the fish version, as all the others.. I'd say they have a preference to this Turkey flavour though, it seems to go down the quickest!Shame they do not do the "Duck" flavour they produced many years back anymore - a hit with all!My only gripe is the PRICE, (Amazon subscribe & save was cheapest i could find by £7+) JW - you were already an expensive 'premium brand' before - Wish some companies would stop using flimsy inflation/war/pandemic excuses to hike the price of products by ridiculous increases - its called just pure commercial Greed. Stop Milking Us !!I've already dropped & refuse to buy R.Canin because of that, sad to see JW following suit - if it comes to it, I will dump them too & find something else just as good & more affordable for all my cats. JW & RC's loss not mine!

These have quite a strong fishy smell. It doesn't bother me and I'm used to it now anyway, but visitors occasionally comment on it when I open the bag to feed my cat.My cat's been eating these biscuits for most of his life and he absolutely loves them. Thankfully we have one of those microchip cat flaps because if we leave the door open, other cats will walk in and start eating them. Once, a (normally very docile) neighbourhood cat had snuck in and started munching. My husband stopped her and she hissed at him. The next time he opened the door, she was still there and tried to squeeze past him to get to those tasty, tasty biscuits.They're decent value for money as well, one of these big bags will keep my cat fed for a few months.

It smells so good, I could almost eat it myself. The ingredients are very interesting - chicory in it My cats look very healthy when they eat it and care comes first! One of my cats also gets sore gums (she refuses to eat soft meat foods) and these biscuits are smaller than usual which she finds easier to chew. Wish the French produced it under license, as postal costs are high.
