borchers organic soya flour is gained from roasted soy beans exclusively from organic farming. The white flour is naturally lactose free and is high in fibre. Therefor it is perfectly fine for cooking and thickening of sauces and soups. Additionally it can be used for sweet dishes. The popularity with vegans can be explained by its high content in protein. As egg replacement in cakes stir together 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of organic soya flour. With this mixture, you can bake a vegan cake unless the recipe does not contain an enormous high amount off eggs. When baking, 20 % of the flour content in the recipe can be replaced by borchers organic soya flour.

Careful - bags are smaller than expected.
Exactly what I needed for the recipe. Didn't think I needed 2 but the bags are much smaller than normal flour bags so I will use it pretty quickly.
