Life changing for a migraine sufferer | Bsdonte Headache Relief Hat for Migraine Cap
Wonderful product. Wish this had existed my entire life. Have had blistering migraines ever since I was a kid, and one of the side effects is that after a really bad one, it might feel like someone punched me in the eyes for a day or two. I would just have a lot of tenderness in my ocular area and my eyes would be very sore. The very first thing I noticed about wearing this product while trying to alleviate a migraine, is that I do not seem to get those residual effects. I now think it was from just so much squinting and straining against the inflammation, but when wearing one of these gel caps, I don't seem to have as much trouble with that at all.The hat is comfortable, super easy to use, and adjustable enough that anyone can use it. I have a very small head measurement and my husband has a very large one, and we share this cap regularly and it fits both of us just fine. The gel gets very very cold and feels absolutely wonderful when you're suffering with a migraine. There is one downside to this cap which is of course that the gel can't stay cold forever, and your body heat does warm it up quite fast. I've found the best way to combat this problem is to have 2-3 of these on hand and keep them in the fridge for when the need strikes, then swap them out until your headache has subsided. However, if you're desperate, you can put it on right at room temp, and it actually will help you a little because the gel is somewhat cold on its own, even when kept at room temp.Seriously though, in general this is one of the best inventions mankind has come up with for a migraine. I literally swear by two of these, 30 minutes to an hour in a dark room, and a little Vick's under the nose. Game changer. Highly recommended.

Boyfriend likes it for migraines
I got this for my boyfriend because he has been suffering from some pretty severe migraines lately. He likes the light pressure it puts on his head, and that it blocks the light out. He said that it doesn’t help cure the migraine, but if he uses this early on enough they don’t get as intense or last as long. I figure anything that helps even a little bit is worth it!He did say it takes a few uses to get used to, but that he does like the fabric and the gel material. Would recommend!

Comfortably Blocks Light
I was pleased that the mask did not have any chemical odor as you might expect with some stretch fabric and gel products. The mask is easy to clean, just wash it with mild soap and warm water, squeeze out the water between a towel and let air dry. I placed mine on a towel on the heated towel rack with no problems.Overall, this works well when you need to block out light and apply pressure to your face, forehead, and upper cheeks.I use this as a heat therapy so micro-nuking it for the stated time does provide a nice hot compress. The heat does not seem to last long though, but you will retain a small about due to the mask material itself.Cold therapy would be great for when you have a fever. It is large enough to cover the forehead and also gently presses on your eyes helping to reduce swelling. The cooling lasts a good while. I tried wearing it after being in the refrigerator for only an hour. I had to take it off after a few minutes. Again, if I had a fever at the time this would be great.

Great invention to ease migraines
This is a smart invention, it's essentially an eye mask and an ice pack and it's a great idea for migraine sufferers. I have used it to take a nap when I've had a bad headache/migraine and it's definitely helped ease my symptoms so I can fall asleep. Since I'm usually sensitive to light when I have a migraine it helps that this blocks out light in addition to being an ice pack. I also like that it fits around my head more snugly, rather than a traditional gel ice pack that is kind of chunky and doesn't lay flat against your head. One thing I don't love though is that it's a bit tighter fitting than a traditional eye mask, so my eyes have a difficult time adjusting 10-15 minutes after using it, but I try to just stay laying down for that time until they've adjusted again.

Cooling Headache Help
This headache hat is helpful in relieving migraines. The solid sheet of gel is easier on a sensitive head than lumpy ice packs or frozen peas or rice packs. The one think I really didn't care for was the velcro closure. It's nice that it's adjustable, but I think using some stretchy gutters in the fabric could achieve the same result without the stiff material in that section. I found that part of the hat uncomfortable and there's no gel in that area. Other than that, it is easy to use and keeps cold for a good length of time. I just feel that it would be good to continue to refine the design.

Cooling relief for headaches
This cooling wrap is soft and is easy to wear. Even without putting it in the freezer to cool it, I put it on and it has a cooling layer that feels nice and relaxing. It’s very cold after it’s been in the freezer so depending on your cold tolerance you may need to take it out of the freezer for a few mins before wearing it. I don’t usually need hot therapy so I did not use this as a warming wrap. The one thing that was not positive for me is that after wearing it for 5-10 mins and taking it off my eyes needed time to adjust not having the slight pressure on my eyes. Using an eye mask helps keep it from putting pressure on the eyes.

Not just for headaches
I've worn this little cap a few times already and can tell that if I get a migraine it should help. I put it on after a long day of work and coolness helped take the stress of the day away. Because it covers the eyes and has a snug fit, it helps me relax. I'm hoping I won't get a migraine again, but if I do, I'm using this right away.
