After 2 kids and a full hysterectomy I have to wear liners during the day and night. I thought I would try these out to start eliminating the liners. They worked perfect. I wore them through the night and was completely dry in morning. The fit was perfect. I took 1 star off because they are so expensive but I will be buying more and recommend.

Although the “pad” is a little bulky & that takes some getting used to (these are the first undies designed for this purpose I’ve wore) they served me well during longer flights when turbulence can restrict lavatory breaks.To be honest, I was hoping to contain little leaks & these were perfect, controlled odor, & wicked moisture away from my body.Be aware, these and similar garments take a lot longer to air dry than I expected so I followed hand washing with pressing between towels to help speed drying & it still took many hours hanging in an open closet or in the car for them to completely dry. I was glad I had 3 pairs.

These do not fit as pictured. I originally ordered these in a medium and the exchanged for a small thinking that might be the issue. These sit at my waist not below the bellybutton as pictured. The material isn’t bad, it’s fairly soft but a little thicker than I expected. I don’t know how well they work because I am still trying to decide whether to keep them. Unfortunately, I do need them for bladder issues and the majority of similar panties say they are designed for period issues which is different.

At 55 leaking is a thing sadly. Especially when doing outdoor activities like volleyball. They’re worked amazing. It’s basically fit like a pair of granny panties but we’re super comfortable and made zero noise when I work them. I wore a light leak pad with them because it was my first time and we were playing volleyball so I just didn’t know how to translate 7 teaspoons of liquid to random leaking. Lmao. But I had zero issues, zero smell, zero sound when wearing and they weren’t noticeable with shorter shorts either. Definitely buying another set in white.

Really like them alot and they work to help with period or blatter leaks.

I discovered I don’t like the moist environment I felt. I prefer a changeable pad as I feel fresher. Personal choice. These feel like granny cotton underwear to me with a padded crotch. I’m glad I tried them. They also show a panty line.
