Truth be told, I’m no athlete and did not receive this item for any workouts or anything to do with exercise (yuck! 😊). I got this so when PRIDE comes around next year, I can decorate my body from head to toe in athletic tape to stand out and have some fun. But that’s not to say I didn’t try it out to model for a friend!I took about two strips about a foot each to strategically decorate my upper chest area. I got the idea from a fashion show that had women decorated with only duct tape (sounds creepy and ugly but it was quite inventive and attractive). The tape was easy to cut and the tape was strong. The description says you can tear it by hand but it was a little too rigid for me to do (but again, I’m no athlete!).The description says it is 100% medical-grade hypoallergenic cotton backcloth that is latex-free and polyester-free. That is important when this is applied directly to your skin. I did not have any negative reactions to the tape but you have to be careful when removing it because of the stickiness of the tape. It tends to cling to your body and can pull at sensitive body parts.It is a breathable cotton and I was able to wear it for several hours without irritation. As stated, you can also use it for taping up equipment for a better grip, or for stabilizing joints for exercise.The box comes with 2 rolls of tape that are 1.5 inches wide x 10 yards long. It can attach to not only skin but metal, wood, cardboard or just about anything (I didn’t want to waste the tape once I took it off my body so I cut off small strips to look like small PRIDE flags and put them on items around my house for fun).The best thing about this product is that the seller is also donating 20% of the proceeds from sales of this tape to an LGBTQ+ organization - The Trevor Project. The only downside to this athletic tape is that it has the name of the manufacturer – MEISTER – across the tape. But I also can’t fault a company for advertising its own name.As a non-athlete, I can highly recommend this product at the current price of $9.99. And I feel confident that athletes will also find this a great item with a bit of flair.

I have something similar to carpal tunnel that causes a lot of pain throughout my wrists and arms. Years ago when I went to physical therapy, athletic tape was recommended to me when other methods weren't easing the pain. I use it off and on during the really bad pain phases for extra support as I work on a computer all day. I loved how this tape was something other than black or taupe, so wanted to give it a try. It works great! It helps supports my arms and wrists throughout the day so they don't hurt as much, and it grips well to my skin without pulling at it too much. It's also easy to cut through/tear - I've used some where it was hard to get scissors to go through it. But at the same time, once I placed it on my arm, it stayed firm. Plus - it's cute! I will definitely order this brand again.

I wish this would say right in the link for the product that it is non-elastic. I expected this to be kinesio tape, which it is not. I still used it in the same way as I would use kinesio tape on my Achilles tendon, and though it fixed my ankle in position, it actually worked incredibly well to prevent me from over-extending the tendon, as I often do just going about my daily business. This gave me instant relief, and support like a brace, but without the bulk.This tape is rigid, and the adhesive is VERY strong. After 24 hrs, the adhesive was going absolutely nowhere until I got it wet and used alcohol to get it off. What I appreciate is that I didn't have to scrub and work hard to get the adhesive off my skin.I am highly allergic to Band-Aid adhesive, so it came as no surprise to me that I had a reaction to this adhesive as well, although I am impressed with how mild the reaction I had was in comparison. For how strong this glue is and how long it was on my skin (24 hrs), I only had a mild reaction. In comparison, if I wore a Band-Aid for 10 mins, I would have painfully itchy hives for at least a week.For the price, you get two large rolls of this stuff, which is a great deal. I like that this brand has incorporated cool colors and designs to make it fun, rather than making it plain white or beige medical tape.

Definitely less sticky than the other colors. The solid colors stick and last a week. The rainbow was already peeling up within an hr. Fast shipping
