ATETEO Kinesiology Tape

Used for bandaging to help improve muscle movement. Tape cuts well if scissors very sharp, will otherwise fray. It has good stick. It did cause a red mark on my skin but I may be sensitive to the adhesive. The glue is not nhs approved but the tape is a lot cheaper and does the job

Good quality tape wirh perfect amount if adhesion and just the right amiunt if stretch wirhout fraying out beautiful coliurs that dont ' bleed' wirh sweat, perfect support.

It’s good quality, a little difficult to get off the backing but if you stretch it a little you can peel it off. Annoyingly if you aren’t careful it can bunch up and won’t be usable. It is stretchy and sticks well but can also be painful to remove and leave rashes on sensitive skin. Overall I recommend

I bought this because I have serious achilles tendon issues and my physio was taping my ankles with beige tape. I'm really not a beige kinda gal! So the purple obsessive in me decided I needed purple tape. I took it to my physio and he taped me up with it. He said it was super sticky. It really lasted well and stayed put even after showering. If you want fun coloured sport tapes that are a good quality, then this is for you.

I’ve used KT tape for a long time. First time using this brand. It held well with no curling of the edges, but was so hard to remove! Once I finally removed it, it removed my skin with it and left small bruise like marks under the skin. It left a residue on my skin that was really hard to get off despite soaking several times. So, great if you want to use the same tape for a couple of days, but not if you remove after each run!

The best KT tape we’ve used

I thought this was the wide tape as per the photo but no it wasn’t glad I only bought one. It is half the width and my fault I should have checked it before I bought it.

I bought this as it was slightly cheaper than my usual brand, and at first it seemed to be the same product. It has the same backing tape and is the same width. Unfortunately, this tape is thinner, stretchier and doesn't stay stuck anywhere near as long as my usual brand. I had to double up applications, so it wasn't cost-effective in the end.
