Amazing Product

Gives your cake the most desirable texture
As a chef and baker, I always want to get that perfect spongy texture for my cakes but with normal refined flour it was quite difficult to obtain that.Raw Himalayas cake flour has low protein content which gives you the most desirable texture everytime you bake

The texture is very grainy, not suitable for cakes
The texture is very very grainy, not at all suitable for making cakes, the large size of this flour grains will make the cake very dense, will not be using this at all, waste of a product
