The Edge NailFresh Cleanser and Dehydrator (100ml) for Nail Prep

I tried to do Shellac nails and they were chipping on the ends after a few days. I read that you're supposed to prepare the nail, the CND stuff is twice the price so I tried this and now my gel nails don't come off. It dries the nail out, I think the reason is because if your nails are slightly damp in any way they change shape which isn't good when you've put the shellac on. Also I found some lint free wipes from the supermarket so I don't get any bits of cotton fibres on my nails. I also bought some solar oil to put on when the nails are finished which keeps your nail beds healthy.

I was having no end of problems with clients coming back to me with OPI Gelcolor chipping within a week of having it on. I was doing all the right things - cleansing the nail with sanitiser, dehydrating the nail with a ph balancing formula, etc. I bought this as a last resort. I cut out the cleansing with a sanitiser. Hey presto, this is excellent stuff. No more chipping and nails are lasting well 2-3wks!

Worked well..so sticky residue after finishing my nails. Managed to carry on with weekend chores, no stickiness or smudges.
