Great sound, classy look, very comfortable - if you are just using them for listening - definitely buy them.My issue is that when gaming with friends, the microphone picks up the sound of the headphones. This means that if a friend says something to you, they hear themselves echoed back through your microphone. Either stick to push-to-talk, or give these ones a miss.I'm so disappointed because other than that deal-breaking issue, this headset is damn near perfect.

Headset provided excellent audio quality which could be altered with the equaliser application, as well as changing LED's on the side which could be changed to whatever colour/ set of colours you wanted. Only major problem was that it would continuously disconnect and reconnect until I closed all applications which used audio and a microphone and reconnected the headset. It would do this every time more than one application was open on my computer, so in the end I got a refund. Disappointed as they were genuinely great quality, just faulty with my computer. Back to the old steelseries headset I have I guess :/ Deserves 5 stars, but unfortunately it didn't work with my PC, so 4 it is.

SteelSeries more like StealSeries. These headphones are a pile of garbage the sound quality sucks major balls in the way that all sound that comes out end up being really echoed which is such a turn off when playing games like PUBG or other games where you have to be able to hear properly because you'll be automatically put at a disadvantage. The sound quality is actually somehow worse than headphones that i got like £10 which is unbelievable for headphones that cost £40. The microphone is also ridiculously bad and because the microphone is not retractable the microphone picks up EVERYTHING and when i was using for a few minutes my friends were quite annoyed and asked me to change my microphone. That's how bad it was. But i hate to say only bad things so one thing that i will say is that the build quality for these headphones seem quite good and they fit comfortably on my head and the LEDs on the sides of the headphones are quite good and are quite aesthetically pleasing. Overall i would definitely not recommend these headphones at all these are way overpriced and with what you're paying its not worth your money at all.

Most comfortable headset I've used so far.It's nice to look at.Mic quality is good but people complai about background noise as the mic isn't external, it's very sensitive.Sound is good, but if you're into shooters you might want something with integrated surround sound for better environmental awareness.Sometimes i still ccan't distinguish the origin of a sound yet, I had no problem with this on my 4 year old £35 turtlebeach headset.Bear in mind i bought this headset when it was £42 pounds, i'd pay the money again as i feel i did get my moneysworth.The comfort alone makes up for it's flaws.

If people actually read the description it says Gaming Headset! I've gone through loads of sets over 8 years of gaming looking for the ideal. I bought these after I heard a friend of mine on Lotro, which doesn't have the best in-game audio. He had a much more expensive Steel Series set so I thought I'd take a punt on these. Superb, I love the internal mic too because I normally play in beer drinking mode which causes a problem with plug in mics.

Mic is a bit sensitive since it is part of the speakers, though I am fairly quiet when I use them online. So sometimes people hear themselves through the speakers/mic. previous headsets haven't covered my ears which then my ears hurt from the pressure after a while. These fit right over my ears so i don't have that problem. Pretty lightweight and comfy. Pretty long cable too.

I've been using these for a few months now and have to say I'm very happy with them. Comfortable fit, good sound quality and love the discrete microphone. My only negative is that the ear pads can get a bit sweaty after long term use. I didn't have this problem with my old Logitech headset but it's not a major issue.

It's a great headset with a good microphone.The sound is crystal clear and great for games such as CounterStrike.I've only been using this headset for a few days but it's great for the price. Although made mostly from plastic it feels sturdy and I feel it won't break from normal use.I love the LED's as I can now match the colours with my Steelseries mouse.It also works perfectly with the downloadable software from the Steelseries website which allows you to configure the LED's and sound Equalization.
