This product is a waste of money as it offers no benefit whatsoever. I tried it at the recommended dosage, and on my own account, at even higher doses without any effect. It's completely worthless.

Firstly, yes, Huberman nailed it when he recommended this as a focus aid on his podcast. It works. It zeros you in on whatever you're pointing your attention to. Workout, study, work, practice, whatever, you're there and in the zone.However...The label says keep it to a 3 day stint and don't over do it. I strongly suggest following those guidelines. A 4th day had a gnarly crash that I didn't enjoy.

I think this could be a dangerous thing to some people. If you take this please follow the dosage directions and do not take any more than that.
