Top end bakeware that's built like a tank.
This provides a really easy way to achieve a very impressive looking cake. It is reassuringly solid and well made, which should be expected from a quality USA producer and should be expected for the price. iIndestructible with bare hands. If I stamped on it I'd end up damaged, not it. It's a potential heirloom (provided it's looked after) and you have to pay for that. First cake came out perfectly and didn't stick at all - DO NOT use spray-on products to achieve non-stick as they will damage the tin; I made my own 'goop' (Google it), which is a shortening / oil / flour combination and it worked perfectly well. The Nordicware recipes are recommended as a start point. I did Earl Grey & Lemon and it was really good. This was an indulgence, but it was worth it for the lifetime quality I got. I really value high quality cookware and it certainly doesn't need to get any better than this.

I absolutely love it!
I bought this as a treat to myself and it did not disappoint! It even arrived a few days earlier than expected. The cake came out perfect. I oiled the tin with kitchen paper soaked in vegetable oil and used the Nigella Lawson “Spruced up vanilla cake” Bundt recipe. I even found a facebook group for Nordic Ware tin users 😊

Great Product!
Having tried several different brands/price points of bundt pans with very different results, I'm 'sticking' to Nordic Ware as the original and best for making Bundt pans as they're the ones I've had best results with. No one else even comes close on even baking, detail and 'non-stickability'.Intricately detailed, super-efficient cast aluminium gives 'stick-free' results every time. As long as i season the pan really well with butter on a pastry brush and let it cool for exactly 10min, the cake comes out perfectly every time.Yes they're expensive but a great investment because they'll last forever.

Too pricey for what it is. Highly overrated bundt pan.
Despite using bake easy, the cake does not come out clean. Very disappointing!

Expensive. Unmoulds easily. Could do with handles. Great-looking cake.
Very expensive but it's a well-made cake tin, inside and out. There are no overly angular nooks and crannies so it's easy to grease the tin. Unmoulds easily. Don't lose the intricate pattern by over-decorating it (I speak from experience with another Nordic Ware bundt tin). You get a splendid-looking cake for minimal effort and time compared to, say, making an iced sandwich cake (at the least you save doing the crumb coat and waiting an hour for it to set before decorating). You also get the lovely feature crispy outside to the sponge which Nordic Ware mentioned as a specific feature of Nordic Ware in a demo video I once saw.The pattern of this bundt tin means that it doesn't matter if you don't put enough batter in, by accident or design, to obtain the full pattern at the base (the open end) of the tin, like I did on my first go. The most striking part of the pattern is the top (the ridges) and you'll always get that. The bundt tin has the capacity size integrally moulded (?hot-forged) into it, as a handy reference. The 10-cup capacity is a good size between Nordic Ware's 6 cup and 12-15 cup bundts. It's well-made but treat it as fairly fragile to avoid denting it or damaging the finish. Handwash only to avoid damaging with non-stick with abrasive chemicals such as dishwasher powder. Because the cake unmoulds so cleanly, washing up is a cinch. Air-dries with no probs. The cardboard wrapper comes with care instructions and a recipe.I wish the tin had handles to make it easier to manoeuvre when hot. The tin is large, and with contents it's also rather heavy. Handles (the sort you put your fingers through) would mean I could also display this decorative tin on my kitchen wall, seems a shame to put it in a cupboard. This worked: PME Release A Cake (Amazon ref. ASIN B00XNASF2E) sprayed and applied very liberally with a pastry brush. Filled tin to half-way with batter (lemon and blueberry) but could've done to three-quarters to achieve the full bundt pattern, fan oven 160 degrees (but preheated to 180 degrees) for 50 minutes, removed from oven, left cake in tin for 10 minutes, unmoulded, let cake cool before decorating (1.5 hours). There are detailed tips and knacks at the Nordic Ware website.
