I use this for self physio on my back and neck. It's been great as it hits the trigger points perfect.I know that's not what it's supposed to be used for. But it's made a difference for me :-)

My Personal Trainer used a reaction ball during my sessions awhile back to add a fun element to the workouts.I loved it so much I came straight home and ordered one!I now use mine when I go into an empty studio at the health club either as part of a workout or to warm up. Fantastic fun and boy do you get out of breath chasing it!!

Rather hard to use at first but great ti improve reactions

Fun to use but already starting to split.

I used it for tennis lessons to train eye ball coordination. We also used it for games and warm-ups. Good quality.

I'm currently using this to maintain and improve my hand and eye coordination as I recover from a rugby injury. Does the trick! Quick delivery is a bonus!

Added a mix to my boot camps, although I don't often use this anymore as my classes are larger and there's only so much playing with a ball people will want to do.I found it worked best in team exercises or as part of a cool down, lowering heart rates from intense boot camp training before some gentle stretches.

La palla sembra quasi "di spugna" al tatto..forse per le mie esigenze l'ho presa un po' troppo grande (ho preso quella da 10cm)..nel complesso però è un ottimo strumento di lavoro..l'ho acquistata per fare lavoro di reattività per i liberi a pallavolo!!!!

Der Ball erfüllt die beschriebenen Anforderungen, es lässt sich meiner Meinung nach gut die Reaktion trainieren. Die Haptik, das Gewicht und die Verarbeitungsqualität machen einen wertigen Eindruck.Beim Bestellen bin ich davon ausgegangen dass ein blauer Ball geliefert wird, wie es die Abbildung zeig. Es kam jedoch ein gelber. Dies war jedoch mein Fehler, da in der Artikelbeschreibung "Mehrfarbig" steht. Die Farbe ist für mich kein Grund für eine Reklamation, jedoch sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass eine zufällige Farbe geliefert wird.Dennoch ziehe ich einen Stern ab, da ein Auswählen der Farbe von Vorteil wäre, welches natürlich keinen Einfluss auf die gute Funktion des Balles hat.Tipp: Durch gegenseitiges "Zuwerfen" (vor die Füße werfen) verstärkt sich der Überraschungseffekt, wie der Ball abspringt. Durch alleiniges Üben lässt sich die Abspringrichtung durch gezieltes Fallen lassen beeinflussen, was vermieden werden sollte.
