A friend of mine was thinking about buying a treadmill for his mother for her birthday…we live up north and it gets pretty cold here..well, his mother walks for exercise and she ended up falling on the ice and broke her arm..she’s in her mid to late 60’s and my friend didn’t want that to happen again so he told me to order it and I did..the treadmill was supposed to be delivered a day before her birthday but never came in till 2 days past her birthday.. I wasn’t very happy about that and neither was my friend because he had to pay $50 in shipping costs..we would’ve ordered a different treadmill had we known that it would be past her birthday before she got her gift..she really likes the treadmill for the exercise and really likes the fact that she can fold it up and basically hide it..no issues with the treadmill, it was a fantastic gift..it was just the shipping that we weren’t happy with!!

Easy to install, no noise,excellent quality ,and reasonable cost ..I give 100% for this trademill.

The "safety" pin that holds the treadmill in place when standing it up does not stay locked when rolling out the treadmill to use it, so be careful when moving it from a standing position or it will fall on you and hurt you. It's not that heavy to maneuver, but to have it fall on you...it's heavy enough to hurt. That "safety pin" feature is why it got knocked down to 3 stars because it is a safety hazard. My husband set it up for me so I can't say how well that went. He wasn't happy when the treadmill fell on him because of the "safety" pin. It, also, came with a bottle of treadmill lubricant. Shipping was expedient. Everything else is good.

The video on the Amazon website led me to believe this also had incline. It doesn’t. I was very disappointed. The treadmill works well and feels durable. It is perfect for small spaces. The directions were not user friendly so I have no idea how to fold the thing, luckily I don’t need to fold it. Not a bad buy

This treadmill is well built, sturdy and works very well. I'm 72 and need to walk every day so I use this when its raining or to hot to go walking outside. Bought it April 10th 2023. Would buy again and recommend it. The only thing is it has a bit of a short walking length but I'm 5' 10" so it works well for me. Very easy to assemble. I like It. Only other thing is the display is not very accurate but I have a very accurate app on my phone so I use that to keep track of time, distance and calories burned. But for the price this treadmill is a great deal.

I haven't even set this up yet, it arrived this morning. The motor cover is cracked. While it won't interfere with the operation, it should still be replaced. Moreover, BUYER BEWARE!! If you look to the right of the picture, it says it's 3.25 HP. I added this to my cart and bought it. It is NOT 3.25, it's 1.5. You would only notice this if you scroll down to the specs, but I didn't catch it. After reading other comments to the seller, it's clear I'm not the only one who was fooled. I will update regarding their willingness to replace the part.UPDATE: The seller has agreed to ship a new motor cover and credit me $20. I still think they were deceptive; even on my correspondence with them, the item shown is the 3.25hp motor. I have now tried the treadmill and I like it, but the instructions are so poorly written it's nearly impossible to figure out how to program a workout.

Despite how misleading the information on the products title is, I am happy with it. The heart rate sensors are kind of pathetic but I don't care about them anyway ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ I'm tall and I fit on it alright, it's nice and not too loud. Definitely recommend if you're under 5'10! Good for the price
