Franchi Climbing French Bean Trionfo Violetto

I have been growing this variety of climbing french beans for some years with great success, but getting more seed is difficult. I was very pleased to obtain these from this selller and am now all set for growing them in 2021

Seem to be growing well in the garden, but some are not surviving some of the current weather (30 degrees+)

Waste of time and effort, set 20 seeds, not one germinated

Very prompt service from the seller, sown the seed already, too early to see any result yet, but being well in date, i am sure i will be satisfied. Very glad to find this particular type of bean, I've grown it before, excellent bean.

Lovely beans, very tasty. but it is important to know that one should not plant them when the soil temperature is below 15 C. I tried few times and it took me tree attempts ( transplanting small plants to the garden) before the beans took off. The purple colour change into green during steaming

Have not sown these yet but used other beans from these people in past. grew very well in heavy soil
